COMESUM Food not delivered

Hi,

I ordered a thali from Comesum to be delivered at Kanpur railway station. After reaching station I have been waiting for the delivery but it is not yet delivered. I caught the train from Prayag in a rush and could not get time to have lunch. I was surviving on biscuits and chips since afternoon, and with order I was expecting food. When no one came to deliver, I called to customer care at +911141100100, and one person picked the call and when I said thali not delivered then he disconnected rhe call. I called again and then that bastard put the receiver on other side so that I cannot call again to complaint.

I tried more than 50 times but this bastard customer care people did not pick the call.

Where would.i go now to get the food.

India is trailing behind US, UK, And many other countries just beCause of such shit people.

Comesum should be fined for each failed delivery and they should be replaced by some good vendor who at least can deliver food to needy people.

That customer care people are shit, and may God give them same situation then they will understand this.

Friends, do not ever order anything from Comesum, they are fraud

COMESUM Quality of food is poor

Quality of food is very poor. The roti served are heated again and again which become Papad when delivered to customers. The rice is is also not cooked as per the brand name. I have eaten many times at Jhansi JN. But the quality is Deterating day by day. If we get such a food then why go to comesum, it is better to eat at Dhaba then at that outlet.

If next time I find such food at the outlet after my complaint then I would think that customer satisfaction is not your criteria to such a big brand.

COMESUM No food recd

My order no is 3732096 I ordered food on comesum (kharagpur) but no food was delivered and after the train depart they Called me and said we don’t deliver food at kharagpur so when you cant deliver the food why did you accept the order you should not take the order as bcz now i was dependent on you and this train has no pantry also worst experience IRCTC should take some action on this or else i would take some legal action against both companies and I had recd a confirmation msg recd from IRCTC

IRCTC, comesum Food Quality and Quantity is not Justify

Hi Yesterday I was travelling from Amarpali Express and I was served a thali from comesum vendor. The food quality is totally worst (2 chappati,100 gm rice,shahi panner (only two small piece of paneer) and one vegetable with poor quality and they are not justify the cost. I called thrice time to customer care but they didn’t respond well. I have recorded their session. Can anyone help me to stop this type of food and unresponsible behavior of comesum.

COMESUM poor quality of food served

This is a complain regarding the quality of food served by comesum at kolkata railway station.yestarday i went their to buy food meal,
first of all i felt that the prices were pretty high relative to the quantity they serve.Probably this is because of their monopoly at the station. comesum is the only vendor at kolkata station who provides proper meal over their.there are small stalls for snacks and all but for meal no other vendor is present.
anyways i asked them to parcel 3 meals,quality of which was really disappointing,sweets they packed was 4-5 days old with rotting smell. quality of other things was also very low.
this is happening with me for second time.first time i thought it can happen by mistake.but now i realised its their habit to pack lower quality food as the person who ordered the food cann’t come back and argue them.
indian railways seriously needs to take the action against these vendors.

Comesum,Lucknow Mis management at comesum Lucknow

I ordered a dosa at comesum Lucknow(bill no. 88675)on 27/11/17.The quality was poor and costly as well as there was mis management.First of all there was no facility for handwash and after finishing food they didn’t gave me paper napkins as they didn’t have paper napkins and when I asked for complaint book he refuses to give me complaint book.
