I had booked a OYO room on 26th March 2020 VIDE OYO website, despite room unavailability due to lockdown these cheaters provided the room in a hotel in Baroda
2. Subsequently on enquiry with the hotels, they informed that they are closed for lack of staff and Govt Circular barring people staying in hotels
3. I called them thrice to cancel the same, yet these buggers, still did not cancel the booking and kept calling about the booking.
4 I raised complaint No 27593908 FOR cancellation, yet received atleast 500 SMS about my booking being confirmed and I make payment vide online link. Despite the fact that hotels have been asked to close. OYO IS WORKINGAGAINST GOVT LOCKDOWN
5. They are neither picking the phone neither cancelling the reservation, sending SMS and MSG every 5 mins asking for net payment BLOODY FRAUDS, LOOTERS
6. Now ithout my permission I receive a msg, that these bloody fraudsters have made me a OYO WIZARD member, AND my calls are not being picked

It is been 1.5 months since the booking cancellation and still not received any refund. every time i called customer care they put me on hold and after some time call gets auto disconnected. After a long wait, i finally spoke to the guy and he said due to OYO technical error the refund got declined. and now they will again initiate and again i have to wait for 14 days. worst service ever. OYO learn to maintain relationships with customers. pathetic.
On 29th of January I booked my oyo room
Booking I’d no – LHVT5138 for ############. My car was stucked in the traffic because of that I reached shimla at 12 am on 29/12/19 we parked our car in commercial parking the hotel was 2 km away from the place and no vehicle was allowed there. The hotel refuse to send anyone for picking the luggage even at that time temperate was -2 degree at night not able to for us to reach there. We called oyo they said money will be send by till 9:00 am on 30/12/19. But when we called they refused to do so

Me cal kat ho jata hai.. Oyo valey byi cust ko bevkoof banatry hai.. Ye hunsey dokha krrhe hai.hotel ke nam pe paisa letey hai or service nhi detay.me is mettet ko agey rti laga ke puchunga. Or complan kru ga. Mera nam jitandra.

I have booked a private room for me and my mom.
Paid both security deposit and rent, n booked the room. Booking id 33919. When i went to get my keys to check in, they have hiven my room to some body alrady and they are not refunding my amount.
I have made multiple calls, to refund my amount back, each time they come up with same questions.
Such a worst service. Never book a room or hotel in OYO.
i urge every one not to use oyo the are cheating & not refunding the cancellation amount my 2 booking amt have not refunded by oyo its been 1 month & their team members & supervisor keeping the phone on hold & disconnecting the call every time and asking to rate them my Booking ID is KSTW5421 , ATIO9756 , I am filing the case on oyo to close oyo permanently & request every one to support in my future mission & asking all hotelier to support me

I booked the whole property for wedding purpose for the month of november. My booking was cancelled without any intimation and now they are saying that they cannot do anything about it. They are saying that we have cancel the booking even though we have not cancelled and they have taken some other booking on the same dates. It is a wedding related query and i am in a big mess as now i have nothing else to do as i have booked another hotel in the same area thinking that i’ll keep all my guest in one particular area. This is the worst experience i had with oyo as the shows complete unprofessionalism and dishonesty in business. I have not got any solution till date from any corner of OYO. I might go to court legally to resolve this. Worst company ever. Cheating customers like hell.
Very bad experience
I booked hotel for 6th June, bt after reaching the hotel. The hotel manager refused to check in. According to him he has closed hotel listing from oyo. I complained oyo customer care, they provided me another hotel at that moment. After that I was not able to check in as well as the rooms were full.
Again I complained oyo customer care, they assured me that I will receive a call regarding refund. But till now I didn’t received any call.
Now I called many times but call center does not support.

I would like to complaint against Total Holiday Package, on 5th march i had made the payment against package No: PKG-ABLN7109 due to emergency i had to cancel. so i had requested OYO booking confirmation customer care no. 9069990699. But they are not cooperating and resolving my request.I was In contact with one of your sales executive. Mr. Taran jot singh(9817777718). Even he is ignoring my call and not helping me to resolve my query.Request to kindly consider my complaint and help me to get back my booking amount
