Lifecell International CRM No. 180019500044 – Refund amount against Policy Renewal

Refer to multiple reminders and conversations I had with your useless support staff as none of senior staff from Lifecell is interested to speak to an unsatisfied customer, I demand a full refund of money paid for lifetime Policy renewal after one year completion as I have NO trust in your company, staff and its services to provide any assistance in case of any medical emergency for which the Policy was taken at first Place. One of your support staff suggests it will not be refunded as the samples have been processed and stored while the payment is made against lifetime storage! Since NO acknowledgement, receipt or Policy document was issued even after multiple reminders and calls, I do not want to continue with the Policy and demand a full refund on priority. I wish I would have taken feedback from a few customers before choosing Lifecell for the cause, really disappointing and pathetic work from incompetent people running the company.

velex Pan card not received

I am Sameer Gupta and I didn’t get my PAN card , the pan card authority has told me that the courier has been dispatched on 31st of July and the website says it has reached on 2nd of August 2019 , now I do not have any kind of Idea that where my PAN card is. All the contact numbers of velex courier are switched off since yesterday . Can I please get the contact person’s number. I want my PAN card as soon as possible

Lifecell International Payment ack and Policy document not issued inspite of multiple reminders

Weekly reminders were received to ensure enough funds are available in the Bank to clear a post dated cheque issued to Lifecell for a lifetime policy after completion of first year however soon after the payment was cleared, no acknowledgement was sent nor any policy document confirming the benefits promised at the time of selling the product even after multiple Emails and reminders sent. Useless calls from customer executives were received after 3 weeks promising to resolve the issue but none of senior staff from Lifecell attempted provide any assurance and even after a month tickets are opened and closed without my knowledge while the problems remains open. After experiencing such deficiency in services on admin matters, I could not imagine the kind of services Lifecell can offer if you are ever in need of medical emergency and services promised by them which is the reason when I asked them to terminate the Policy, they refuse to refund the money and send threatening repli!

unnati fortune world miss-selling Unnati project, Totally fraud

Dear Sir/Madam, I was purchased one unit no. TB-2006, 20th Floor tower B, in year 2015 from Unnati Fortune Group Aranya project located in Sector 119, Noida. Builder has committed possession in year 2017 but still there is no work progress. Director of the company Mr. Anil Mithas has leave the country and project gone in NCLT. Please help me take my invested money back from this fraud builder. This company did a fraud and not completing his project. Sir I am a common Man and my hard earn money was stuck in this project. Still I am on rent and unable to pay my Bank EMI. Now I am in financial crises from last 4 years I was managing my EMI and Rent together but from Last 6 Month I was lost everything.
