My complaint is regarding about your customers service, your bank staff are not helpful and they need more training on how to communicate with the customer, and they should know they are working for the customer and there duty is to solve there customer problem, not to show there attitude towards the customer. Special to the person who is controlling counter no 1.
So, I would really like you to teach you staff, how to behave with there customer, so that we can all ready to help each other in future.

My consumer Id – 163244609. After selection of channels & bouquet, nothing has been done as yet. But, balance is depleting on daily basis without for applying my selection. Only free channels are coming, when money is being deducted on for the full package.
Interestingly, on 12.03.2019, my balance was Rs.367. I could not contact the Customer Care also, despite my tries for last 2 days.

i too got messasge like you but i was confused.
but after checking i found that the account is from post office savings account i am not saying all are fraud or all are correct like mine
please check if you have any saving/RD or any type of accounts in post office.
as from pas few years post office banking has also been improvised and updating their customers via SMS service.
from my side i will say i did not got this message unintentionally.

I am from Sri Lanka. I contacted this fraud last year December vis whatsapp (+91 98761 46495 ) He doesn’t know english. Then he talked nicely and gave another number said its my personal number. Then i contacted that number( +91 98290 87490). Then i contacted that number. He said he will do my work and will show result 3 4 days. And gave Punjab bank accounts and i asked any state bank account and gave another account. I ask my friend to deposite 5000 on state bank account . Today 13th March. Now they all block my number. When i called them in other number, that Cheater Rawal talked very badly using bad words, abusive manner. Yesterday 12th i complain against Maa Kamakshya. Before i contacted Maa Kamakshya, i contacted this cheater.
I kindly asking complain board, please punish this kind of cheaters. They use others pain and make money. They cheat not only your country people, they cheat other country citizens too. They destroyed your country dignity. Please kindly help me to get my money back. Here i attached 3 phone numbers and two bank account, whatsapp screen shots and bank slip. I had booked tickets from bhubneswar to jaipur from HAPPY EASY GO website on 07.02.2018 and paid Rs 9429 via Internet banking . my flight is from bhubneshwar to delhi and then delhi to jaipur.
i already traveled from bhubneshwar to delhi but from delhi due to bad weather flight delayed by 3hr 40 min. so i cancel the flight and taken full refund statement from air india with stamp and submitted to happy easy go for refund purpose .
happy easy customer care sure me for full refund with in 15 working days but already given waiting period is expired &amount not refunded back to me . Now they can’t replay me any more on mail after all my continue follow up . hope i get my money back . My detail is :-

I was on my way to office in Scooter today morning (March 13, 2019) with my dad. There was a person driving scooty at very high speed and overtook vehicles at wrong side and was driving in Zig Zag. I could notice only the 4 digit number of the scooty and it ended with "8470" and the area in near Camp road junction, Tambaram. Please give some kind of warning so that they will not repeat again

I have not yet received the excess fee refund for CET 2018 Engineering. I call the KEA helpline and they have been telling since two weeks that they have sent the DD, but I still have not received it. Today, they are not even answering the calls properly. I call, they say hello, and disconnect the call. This is going very bad.
