Hathway cable Customer service not available

I had a problem in getting channels though I paid full amount for Hathway Digital cable. I tried to reach all their customer service numbers mentioned in website and sent emails to nodal applete but no one is responding. Even Local guys also not responding properly. What a worst service they provide. At least on weekdays some one should lift the call.

The landline numbers are ringing, toll free is trying to connect but no customer service guy picked the call from past 4 days.

Indian Railway Money exchange for seat in second class compartments

On 24th March, I was travelling from Howrah to Kharagpur in Azad Hind Express. I had booked a general express ticket. As per my knowledge, second class coach seats are supposed to be occupied in first come first serve basis. Arriving at the station, I saw a very well organised line meant for boarding second class compartment being guided by 2-3 railway police. I was pleasantly astonished and my faith in Indian railways and people’s sensibility was restored, for a short while till I entered the railway coach. I must say that the coaches were not at all overcrowded (second class expectation) and by the time I arrived, getting a good seat was easily possible. But I found a man there allotting seats!!! The different coups were being guarded by men and they were charging people for seats. It was night time and since being a girl, travelling in a local train at that hour was not an option, I paid extra money for a seat, even though I had ticket and there were free seats avail!
able. Surprisingly, just outside the window, there were railway police, TTEs and inside, these people carried on their seat trading with full confidence. It’s just impossible that the railway police and employees had no clue of their activities. so complaining to them about it seemed futile at that time.

pancard.com no response to query on their website

I by mistake filled up the regular application to apply for a PAN card for my son who is minor through pancard.com. I noticed that there is a specific form to be filled for minor candidates. i submitted my query in the website regarding the process to correct this form. but so far i have not received any reply from them. Their contact number mentioned in the website is also not reachable.

Coast guard Chennai Uttar Pradesh Caste certificate not accepted

My Name is Naveen Kumar and I am from Hathras (Uttar Pradesh) I had gone to give the exam of Coast Guard Yantrik Technical (Mechanical) at COAST GUARD STORE DEPOT CHENNAI, GM PETTAI ROAD, ROYAPURAM, CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU – 600 013 on Date:-25/03/2019
At the time of verfication they rejected my verification, as they said this is fake not original and this is not the proper format as per there conditions, but I am having the original approved Caste certificate, They are allowing all the persons who’s having the Local Caste certificate but they rejected me by saying this is fake certificate. So, kindly take action regarding this as it is the part of my carrer.

2> On 14th January 2019 as per our daily schedule after lunch I was feeling like having a chocolate so I went out from office with My Colleague Wasim Nazir Badruddin Shaikh to Star Market ICC Trade tower Senapati Bapat Road, Pune and bought KITKAT Chocolate. Myself and my colleague went back to office with chocolate . I broke the chocolate into half and offered the same to my colleague , after a while we ate the chocolate and in middle of that my colleague observed there are Maggots in the chocolate. Soon we were feeling like nausea and we vomited .We again inspected the chocolate but we found the Maggots are there. We went back to Star Market and complaint the same with the store manager. Store manager inspected few of the KitKat chocolate in store and informed us that other chocolates too have the Maggots in that. By looking this entire scene we were Astonished. If Supposed we would have ate the whole chocolate we could have died with Poisoning.
3> Respondent has big company name still they are not taking care of the products they are selling and with this they may harm anyone’s life of which they are already aware .For their financial benefits they have kept such inferior quality products for sell. With the help of my colleague I had informed the company about the incident on twitter, still no further strict action has been taken, and after this I have preserved the chocolate.
4> Respondent Chairman, Board of Directors and other Members are responsible to control the day by day activities in company. For all the activities conducted in company has an Individual involved and responsible. The accused company is performing illegal activities for their financial benefits. I being a responsible citizen and has respect to our legal system is very much living depressed due to illegal activities of the company.
I request you to please take legal action against company, confiscate the chocolate and perform strict inspection of the same and help me to get justice for the same.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV error code 6

I have recharged for my friend in abroad on 23 rd march for two months still service has not being resumed had call customer care ,they told to message HR to 54325 but it dint worked too still showing error code 6 even after recharging..they stated reason as technical glitch ..its been 2 days services have not being resumed tried calling cc BUT always waiting… fed up with it ..worst services…my customer id is 3027809818-001 plz resolve this problem asap.

Euro vigil Camera not working

Hi Team,

we have purcahsed security system from Euro vigil which is intalled in our flat in the Ground floor so that it will help us to see thru camera from our respective house and open the door.

Recenlty this system is not working and hence we were put into deep trouble. we raised this concerned thru euro vigil and ticket number is 1860 266 1177. But till now nobody has turned back to attend this problem,

also the number given in the website (+91 22 3044 9700) is not working. Hence request you to do the needful to resolve the issue
