Credit Card REVERSALOF FINANCE CHARGE

Dear Sir,
I had done my credit card payment of Jan on 4th Feb 2019 of Re 89000 by NEFT by Axis bank ref no AXMB ############ at 16.26 pm even attached the NEFT detail, still you had charge 4922 as a finance charge I could not understand= why you had charge me that kindly explain and rather reverse the same as I= had done payment on time.

Credit Card Delivery of credit card pending

My name is AKASH PUNVANTWAR. Applied for credit card facility around 2 months ago. Card is approved successfully. But the delivery of card doesn’t go right. As for this I changed my address details for delivery one month ago to my office address but the card is still not delivered to me. Because of this service of delivering a card I am completely stressed out by calling customer care excecutive and don’t know what kind of action I have to take further for this third class card delivery service. after putting this complaint if I don’t get a card I will lodge a police complaint against Hsbc. As 1 month statement is also generated by your side

Credit Card Bill received Rs. 294 after full payment & closing of Credit card

Dear Sir/Madam

With reference to closing of Credit card & discontinuation of same ,I had paid Rs. 39313/- ,after discussion with customer care in Aurangabad Credit Card section branch on dated 19.10.2018 with Check details No. 46343 .

My Credit card No. was ################

After discussion with customer care I had paid full amount ,even I was not using your credit card since 4 years.

Today again I have received due bill amount Rs. 294/- ,this is not acceptable , pl. confirmed the payment of above details

Credit Card Wrong transaction done on my credit card

Wrong transaction of EUR 45.99 done at Flixbus on dt. 27.02.2019 at 09:45:14pm IST without using OTP validation on my RBL Super Card No. ############ 8847. Also EUR 1 done 2 times at Google Services on 27. 02.2019 at 09:45:11pm IST without using OTP validation on my RBL Super Card No. ############ 8847. RBL bank has reversed EUR 1 2 times and credited to my RBL Super Card No. ############ 8847. But the EUR 45.99 not yet revesed on my card. RBL bank has blocked my card on 27.02.2019 at 21:51:18pm IST. It is requested to reverse transaction of 45.99EUR.

I lost Total 20,000 INR from my Credit Card.

I took SBI Card from you recently. I am in receipt of original card and I have generated PIN number online.

On 23/02/19 around 12.06 pm i have received a call from 7303118685 stating that its a verification call from SBI call centre. I have refused to
divulge my information. So the called has told me about my registered contact details, address, phone number and my DOB. So I thought it was a genuine call
so trusted the caller assuming that it was an official from SBI. The caller made me believe that he is going to activate a cash back facility so asked
me to share the cvv and immediately there was an OTP which he insisted me to share otherwise he threatened that card would be deactivated otherwise. Since
he gave me all my information I believed him fully so shared the OTP also. While talking to him he forced me to give the second OTP also.

Then I realised that the call has not come from SBI. Immediately I made a call to your call centre and blocked the card. I also made a complaint in
Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, Gachibowli, Hyderabad complaint no C.No.113/CCPS/CYB/2019. I am attaching the copy of the complaint.

I am shocked to know how come such a reputed bank has leaked my info to an outsider. How he got my full information including my DOB.

I request you to investigate the matter and reverse the amount debited to my a/c.

I dont know how SBI people leaking our data to 3rd party people.
I will reuest all Indian people not to take any account from SBI because they are fraud banks(sbi is a fraud bank)
