Credit Card Provided Wrong Information by Customer support

on The date of 17.12.2019 have have Requested for the D-link my Credit card from My Account ,While taking the follow up from
Customer support Executive they have told me that the query has been solved . But when i have visited To bank after 7 days to Close my bank account , The branch person is saying that still its not not d-linked from my account. Means the customer Support Executive proving me wrong information. What is the problem ? Why i’m facing this problem ? please look into these And Do the needful

Credit Card CASH DEDUCTED WITHOUT INFORMATION

I never excepted .My Rs: 1899 deducted from my credit card without any information, last year also same happen and i strictly instructed to customer care , Now this is again another pain top of it.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount asap. Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer’s info.

Kindly, refund my amount.
Otherwise I will deactivate or blog my credit card which am using currently..

Credit Card credit card settlement

Sub : Regarding settlement of credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had received call for SBI Credit Card Mob No. 7437832056 for demanding credit card amount. three months ago I had complain to the customer care of SBI (Credit Card) for settlement and other information after this so many times I called regarding my credit card settlement but till date they have not done, but in place of that unknown persons are calling me some times they said they are collection agent and they send whatsapp message for threatening Legal Notice & many times they send message legal team will visit my please. I could not understand who is right. Finally I decided never to pick up any call from outsiders. Through message I received my credit card amount is going Rs.51,040. Three months ago the amount was approximately nearly Rs. 41,000 which was very high to be paid at that time, what ever amount was paid was considered as interest I requested SBI (Credt Card) division to kindly do one time settlement under feasible amount. I cannot afford to pay more tha!
n Rs.25000 /- as I already paid a lot of money as interest. For further information please contact through mail as I will not receive any calls.

Credit Card Payment related issue

Dear Sir,

Need your support on this .

I have charged 2 ( Sep & Oct -19 ) times finance charges 950*2 = 1900 .

I have call to customer care many time but no reversal yet . Payment not done in last 2 months due to error show in net banking . So payment i can not proceed .

Error show is " maintenance of site " and after this i am out of country .

Now i have done 30000 RS in this month and no payment pending from my side and can check my previous record also related payment .

So i am requesting process my payment for reversal as soon as possible .

Credit Card Breach of customer data privacy

The bank has breached the customer’s privacy policy. My credit card dues are not even Rs.60000 and I missed payment for October. The executives call like around 10-20 times a day thinking we have no other work and we are their servants. Now when I missed the calls as it is not possible to pick up 20 calls and hear their threatening messages, what they should do?

HDFC bank checked my facebook profile, found about my friends,, took out her number , called her and told her that I am not traceable and I have not paid my credit card bill.

Really? Under which law you can do this? Who allowed you to check our social media profiles and contact our friends? Who allowed you to share personal information with our friends.? Is there any data privacy policy or you treat customers as your servants.

I need strict action against that, but no you people will send automated replies in tweet, emails and no one bothers about customers query. Customer does not have a voice, but your recovery executives can go to any level to do anything.
