My mobile is in warranty period and having issue so submitted to service centre in Aug 17 (buy in Jun 17) till date no update getting. when call to service centre and customer care they just give next week date to getting device from 3 months.
I want my device back and extra warranty period in which I haven’t use.
Their policy mention to get repair period is 45 days but it is long time I am not getting my device back.
who is responsible?? Can I get compensation for false commitment and false assurance??
They are not giving any request no. just saying we have escalated the issue write mail but mails also having no reply??

I Mr. Bhuvnesh Dinesh Patil bought Jupiter Scooter Registration no. DN 09 P 4522 in April 2017 from Roshan Motor, TVS agency, Silvassa requesting you to please intervene in serious problem of Used & faulty scooter delivered to me.

From day second I started complaing about problems in scooter that used scooter is delivered to me….

Details as below,

1) Tyres were frayed:-

When scooter was delivered to me both front & rear tyres and rings were frayed. After complaing for it they changed after 15 days. Without using scooter both tyre get frayed. How is it possible ?

2) Engine problem:-

I had noticed a problem in Engine when I was traveling to Dahanu from Silvassa (distance was 60 km). After approximately 30km of driving scooter speed suddenly got reduced due to engine got jammed. Next day I discussed a problem with head mechanic of TVS motor Silvassa. He serviced the scooter. But problem remain as it is. From last 7 months they tried to solve engine problem for almost more then 25 times but they failed to do so. After complaing again n again finally after 6 months head mechanic Mr. Javed accepted that scooter is having a problem in clutch plate or belt. I immediately inform it to owner of Roshan Motor Mr. Sameer Sabuwala. But till date problem is not resolved.

3) Shock-absorber Problem:-

Oil leakage in front Shock-absorber & rear Shock-absorber making noise both these problem are not sorted out after complaing it to head mechanic Mr Javed for more then 5 time.

4) Manufacturing Date 10/2014:-

Mrs. Paro (Sales Girl) of Roshan Motor TVS showroom hide an important information of manufacturing date of scooter that is 10/2014. When I received my RC book smart card after six months I noticed that manufacturing date is 10/2014. If I would aware of that manufacturing date I would have taken another scooter.

Conclusion:- We surely get an idea that Scooter was used more then 3 yr thats why both the Tyre were frayed.
Most important thing is from the second day I started complaing about problems & day by day I got new problems in NEW scooter – tyre problem, Engine problem, Shock-absorber problem & now getting trouble in starter.
Scooter was repaired & serviced more then 25 times in this last 7 months but all problems remain as it is. After paying 51353/- for new bike they provided me a junk. How can I accept this.
I am complaing it from last 7 to 8 months but it’s of no use. Every time Mr.Sameer Sabuwala (owner) said that we will solve a problem but they were failed to fulfill their commitment.

Kindly requesting you refund my full amount Rs. 51353/- which was paid for new scooter or provide exchange of new Jupiter scooter.

Bsnl Valsad Landline and brodband connection not working since 26th Nov-17

I have a land line connection at silvassa, dadra and nagar haveli . My land line number is 0260-2684119, it was not working since 26th Nov. For that I have raised the complaint as below 1) on 2nd Dec-17 wide complaint number 1041143100

But till now I have not received any call from BSNL concern person against my complaint and after making so many complaints online i have personally visited to silvassa exchange 5 times and inform them about the problem but till now no solution given or even not getting proper answer for that.
I have received fake SMS stating that the problem has been resolved now against each complain i have registered online but the fact is they are not actually solving problem but just making fake entry to the system that the problem against the so and so complaint number was solved.

Little birds English schools Taking additional charge with no written record

Respected Sir,

I am Kundan Kumar my sister wants admission in the "" Little Birds English School "" for her next class. She is studying in same school from 7 year, now she wants admission in class 8th std. ,But because of high price of books in school, she took book from outside(second hand) that’s why school is not doing her admission,as they demand to purchase book from the school to get admission. According to school, if you have taken books from outside then you have to pay a 1000 RS commission for book (which is for no reason) to get admission.
So, please sir do kindly for us help us get admission and help my sister to continue her studies….
