Indian Post Office Signature of KVP not showing and KVP certificates not uploaded in website

Dear Sir,
My wife had purchased Kisan Vikas Patra in Kundli industrial Area Post Office (PIN 131028) on date 03/03/2010 (certificate nos. 75CD 037216, 037217, 037218 of Rs. 10000/- each, maturity on 03/10/2018) in the Name of Debjani Sarkar.
Now we are living in Silvassa since last 5 years. To transfer the certificates, we are visiting Silvassa Post Office for 3-4 times in last 1 year, but every time Silvassa PO staff returned our transfer papers & said that your KVP`s signature is not showing on Post Office website and certificates are not uploaded.
More over, the staff misbehaves with me for asking how to get the mobey back and advise to contact old place Post office or friends, both of which is not possible for now.
Now the question is, when there is a system to get the money back from any post office in India with proper identification check, then why the post office staff is not completing their work in time and unnecessaryly harrashing us?
I want the money back urgently due to my child’s education fees. So, Please upload my certificates and Signature as soon as possible.

I had purchased Kisan Vikas Patra in Kundli industrial Area Post Office on dates 16/9/2009 (certificate nos. 75CD 037205, 037206, 037207 of Rs. 10000/- each, maturity in 16/4/2018) and on date 11/2/2010 (certificate nos. 75CD 037214, 037215 of Rs. 10000/- each, maturity date 11/9/2018) in the Name of Supriya Sarkar.
Now I am living in Silvassa since last 5 years. To transfer and encash the certificates, I am visiting Silvassa Post Office for 3-4 times in last 1 year, but every time Silvassa PO staff returned our transfer papers & said that your KVP`s signature is not showing on Post Office website and in one case even the certificates are not uploaded.

State Bank of India Credit card not issued by SBI

Respected sir ,
This is to kindly bring to your notice that last year I had applied for the credit card but the bank has not issued it yet and still the bank is asking me to clear the dues .Till date the due amount is Rupees 5320 /- and because of this my credit score has gone down. Due to financial issues I can’t pay for the education of my child so I am very badly stressed. And my child needs education loan to complete his higher education but because of the my low CIBIL score the loan is not being passed. I had complained several times to the Customer Care of SBI but they haven’t not given any response.
I agree to pay credit card dues but credit card not issued by bank. I am under frustration & am a heart disease patient. My son apply for education loan at Bank of Baroda in Branch Gudhe Dist. Jalgaon – Maharashtra College given last date 10 Sept.18 otherwise my son can not education. Cr card no.################

My mobile is in warranty period and having issue so submitted to service centre in Aug 17 (buy in Jun 17) till date no update getting. when call to service centre and customer care they just give next week date to getting device from 3 months.
I want my device back and extra warranty period in which I haven’t use.
Their policy mention to get repair period is 45 days but it is long time I am not getting my device back.
who is responsible?? Can I get compensation for false commitment and false assurance??
They are not giving any request no. just saying we have escalated the issue write mail but mails also having no reply??
