I would like to attention towards excess bill amount of k.no. 1543670256 and bill no.############. In my area i.e Shiv Ram Park, no sewerage facility has been started but unfortunately, in the said bill, sewerage charges, according service charges has been added i.e wrong. Further stating that current meter reading date 15/04/2020 and previous meter reading date 14/04/2020 has been mentioned on bill means only one day bill is 3845/- i.e wrong. Please deduct all excess charge, rectify the bill and make it genuine. I highly oblige to you.

I Live in Trilok Puri block 7 house no -394 , last two year mix sewarge water in drinking water pipeline but time to time supply of drinking water is fully sewarage water which is not for drinking the supply of water is fully sewarage water which can be cause of many disease &Last 1week we haven’t water supply in entire gali.and same have been facing entire gali.
I hope you will take the matter with seriously because of COVID19 there is so many life / houses depant on delhi jal board otherwise dirty water supply make a big gaint for future for every one . request you to kindly resolved the issue and change the pipe line Thank you

People residing on our first floor wastes lot of water. Over a past few months it has become regular. Their tank is leaking regularly and they keeps on switching on the motor 24*7. Even after several warnings they are not ready to understand and to fix it. Instead shouts and denies to do it. Regular water leakage is leading to damage to our house and our terrace remains full of water most of the times. I request you kindly take immediate action against it.
Sir I am vikas from new ashok nagar,delhi-110096. I regularly filled water from DJB and vehicle comes on nala road at 7-8 am in the morning. But the controller (which controls the people while distributing water) makes distinction to the people.
This is serious problem sir, controller makes their relative,friend, their known person to fill the water without standing in a queue and others, who makes a queue properly and fill line by line, stay waiting for their turn.
Also he allow to fill two or more container for their known which don’t follow the queue and rest can fill only one. Sir, I request you to change the controller. Thank you sir
Plz check road and streets near Bilal masjid , here is digging work can seen every month. All landowners digging the main road every two months illegally and without taking MCD permission that consist many problems. Some houses are using Delhi JAL baord water without meter and connection here. Some of them run by renters like the address…D 447 main road Bilal masjid shastri park Delhi 110053, the owner of this house is digging the streets for his own purposes by his renters from last six months
So you are requested to please take an immediate action against these kinds of purpose Thanking you
I (Paul Gomes) Residence of J – 3B Top Floor. Street no – 6. Laxmi Nagar . I have received a bill No. ############ dated 24/11/19 of Rs. 1935/- against water consumption without showing correct meter reading. Last Year also in Dec a huge bill of above 2000 was generated but i had made the payment. There is a difference between actual meter reading and bill generated. This shows that reading is not taken actually. I have not made any payment yet .You are requested to please look this matter priority basis.
I hope you understand this matter & resolve as soon as possible in my favour.
