Respected, in front of our flat there is vacant flat in which heap of garbage is there,which has over flood ,and we talk to the honour of the flat to this matter. because he had breake the wall for construct the building ..but he did not do that,and we told them if you dont want to construct the building,so you should at least made a small wall to stop the garbage to come out ….at that time he just promissed .but did not made,,over a time flat was completing with garbage, due to the local people, we always scold those people who put the garbage,but we can’t stand there for every time to stop them..to through the garbage. And now the flat is totally filled with garbage and also come out to the street,due to this we are facing many problems and as you knows that it is mansoon season, so it can be definitely give rise several diseases.we used to complaint to the honour but he just gave a prommise to do ..but he did not do that it is totally vain.

Now I have received notice pay and working days salary on 1st August 2017. But incentive still pending. I have call Mr. Sujeet from Denave many times for incentive but every time his phone switch off even he not replied on whatsapp msg.
Because Mr. Sujeet promise me on 31st July 2017 that I have received my all pending within 3days.

I purchaae mobile nokia 3 on 31 july 17 and on the same day the hanging problem in mobile started then next day i approached to the shop he has seen the problem and directed that the servicde centre can give do letter for replacement if problem persist. Then i approach to the kingsway camp delhi customer care they told that we will run the software and if problem persist we will give do letter for replacement. After sodt were they have handed over on 3 aug but no receiving or anything they have given for takin the set for repair. Adter insisting also they told that this is only procedure. Use it if still persist then we will give u letter. On the same day in night same problem of hanging is started. Next day 0n 4 aug approached to the shop now he still not taken the setand insisting that you have to submit the video clip of hanging otherwise this amount will be deducted from my salary and i cannot take the set. We have learnt that RBI implement various guideline for the financial Institutions for assist and recovery from Small Scale Industries. Most of the Financial Institution not follows the SME rules regulation during Acceptance, Disbursement and Handling. We know you steps for NPA but what is your steps for FORCEFUL NPA for Bank.
These institutions have less personalities to understand and handle credits and its importance in the ground level for which some times these SSI Units who are working with minimum fund gets under problem and turns to NPA.
When the Institution understand their fault they allow few more oxygen by various techniques so the actual time for death can extend. If Bank had efficient internal audit system then this can be easily identified in time.
These type of un professional are type of educated Kubliwala with minimum knowledge but getting handsome salary from Bank and after retired with their peaceful life.
But due to these group of unprofessional people some Small Scale are suffering badly.
I am asking to the RBI Board of Directors whether you have the facilities of one line traffic to help the financial Institutions or have facilities to protect/understand/revival crime forcing many SSI Units to a FORCEFUL NPA.
These forceful NPA not only damage our CIBIL Records but our everyday life and business. We people just hang due our unprofessionalism attitude to co operate with the Bank.
As a citizen of India I like to pray for Justice. Because court will kills another long time of our life, where you will understand by the post-mortem report after the death, that does not help the citizen to live. Thanking you
