I have a Honda X-Blade purchased on 10/12/18 on 7/1/19 I had taken to dugar Honda workshop for 1st service. After service done I’ve noticed same issues still persist then I got call for feedback when I told her issue not resolved she asked me to come back. When I reached there again job ticket raised. I was told to come at 3:30. After 1hour got a msg stating bike is ready. When I went to get the bike I’ve seen still bike is in same condition. Again spoke with floor manager he asked me to wait. I was waiting for 1hour after 1hr he said there is no issue. WTF if there is no issue why did wasted my 3hrs. Before coming back I started my bike shown him the silencer issue he said it’s happening to all X-Blade customer. They don’t agree it’s a manufacturing defect. Even tank is full of shit. Again they denied & said it’s welding marks. & Gone.
