Exide Battery Complaint Unresolved

My name is Anand Tiwari. I bought an Exide battery for my Avenger (200cc) around 18 months back and since then i have probpem with it. Once (around 1 year ago) it was sent to check the problem and was returned to me stating it’s ok but again the problem persisted after 2-3 weeks. I called and registered a complaint regarding the same around a month ago and recied couple of calls and was also, asked to send pic of the battery by one of the service engineer (Prem Pal) that I did and he promised to send someone to check the battery as none of the repairer can open the battery (even Bajaj service center can’t open it due to battery water leakage). The guy who called me and requested the pic might have closed the complaint as he asked for the code I received along with the reference number and I shared the code trusting him that he would resolve the problem by sending someone but he never contacted me back.
Looking for urgent action as I have been waiting for more than a month now for a fruitful solution. Ref No: NDLA00028846V214

Exide Battery Excess billing than MRP

Sir,

I am lakshmanan from chennai. I am having passion pro two wheeler. Today my two wheeler battery wentoff.
When i went to buy a new battery at Exide battery dealer, he billed Rs.43/- extra than the MRP Price. Actual MRP is Rs.1207/- the dealer billed Rs.1250/-
on whom shall i raise a complaint…dealer ….exide battery…?

I bought exide battery in april from zirakpur battery dealer. After 1 week it down to work….dealer take my battery for check for 2 week…aftr tht he told me that it is not doing charging…properly…i told him for replacement…but i lost my guarentee card. So plz you change my exide battery of car. Details of exide battery are:

I met Shubhash sir in the front office he told me it cannot happened. I have done 3 official services from service centre itself.
It is clearly mentioned that battery is in 2years warranty period. What is connection between Battery and Service ??
If my battery doesn’t get replaces by you I’ll send this email in press and I’m post it on social media as well.
I’ll recommend everyone not to take car from sai service and specially with battery of EXIDE.
And if we take a battery from normal local dealer , he replaces with the service battery as well ..sai service being your biggest dealer not providing even spare battery to me.
I’ll take legal action as I’m in the loss of 1200rs daily as my car is not working. Ur company in indulged into cheating .

Exide Battery Irregularity on working

I brought an Exide battery on 09-01-2016 with your exchange warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.After the purchase of 6 months,began the irregularity on working.But the dealer haven’t taken any steps to solve the problm.His number is 9645553510.My contact number is 9447564405.Exchange warranty expires on 08-01-2018.Do needful at the earliest.
