Fastrack Watch Worst Service for my Fastrack watch

I thought atleast here I will get some response . But sorry to say, here the response is more pathetic than the store . No body is caring about the issues of customer. I have kept the fastrack watch inside the box since last month. I did the biggest mistake by purchasing a fastrack product. And this was my last purchase for sure.

Fastrack Watch warranty card not accept

i got my fastrack watch from UAE last year (16/12/2016)
model no :T3089SL05
STOCK NO: 4170612
the problem in the watch is tear of leather part .i go fastrack showroom with my international warrenty card .but they r not accept the card .i need to change this lather part .i feel like this is not orginal lether. so kindly send responce to my mail [email protected] about my complain.

Fastrack Watch Fastrack watch

I am a big fan of Fastrack watches & Sun glasses , I do have 2 more Titan Watches but this is the second time i am facing an issue of rusting , resulting sharp edge which gives injuries. I visited your Blu Spot store,Raiput but not found any suitable answer.
They says this is happening due to sweating but i can not control on it, How ever my point is that Fastrack is a big brand and the case should address properly.
