I have Flipkart account with mobile number 9971721597. I am purchasing many items from both Flipkart and amazon.in for my new home. I ordered a sofa with pre-payment of 34990 inr, that was my biggest purchase from Flipkart. Delivery time for this product was 15 days and I waited till the last date when suddenly I received an email that the product is delivered. Since than I am following with you people to give me back my money or deliver the product. The executive are having the same attitude of any indian company after receiving the payment.
I thought that now management has gone to American company so it might have change . Please help me to get back my money . It’s really long way to get it through consumer court and I prefer you to do justice.
sir i despetch my ivoomi 5 mobile set for repearing dt-21/02/2019 in ivoomi company at pune and the precel received dt 26/02/2019 but i do not received any mail or massage from ivoomi company and he is not respond my call and when i speak to flipkart customer care he provide me ivoomi customer care no.but not response also this no. so i want to ask you how many days later he return my set please give me answer
Product ID OD114433729099222000 which has to be delivered to me till 7 p.m. on date 23.10.2018 has not been delivered, I did not get that till now. I called customer service center in evening on 23.10.2018.today also am talk to coustmer care his telling wait… this is toomuch One day full day am wait for delivery no phone call and no msg. Very bad ..
i ordered a black colured senator smart watch. but the getting one is red. what a foolish is this. and also i request to returned it, but nobady will further call me. please take remedial action immediatly

Will never recommend your services to anybody,could have ordered from Amazon but used Flipkart instead just because Flipkart is based in India. I had to join a college in a week and you cancelled my order.I had even called your customer care to enquire about the order but now you I have cancelled it at the last moment.Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
Ordered for a WHIRLPOOL Refrigerator on flipkart and i got a damaged/defective product. I requsted Whirlpool for demo, the service personnel from whirlpool informed it is a defective item & said to complaitnt in flipkart . I raiseda complaint for the same, they are making me wait for last 10 dys for the technician to come. Moreover, asking me to take a service report from the Whirlpool brand and submit the same to flipkart. The issue is not resolved till date, not getting proper answer from the represenative of flipkart except we are sorry, we are trying, etc. Even the escalation team also saying the same.
i have an issue with flipkart where i have made payment for my order through phonepe but flipkart is saying that they could not see the transaction details. i have called then nearly 50 times everytime a new person talk to me on customer support and says that they will solve the issue in 3 days and near revert back. its been nearly 2months till now the issue is not solves. this is clear negligence of flipkart. my email id is [email protected]
