Ordered for a WHIRLPOOL Refrigerator on flipkart and i got a damaged/defective product. I requsted Whirlpool for demo, the service personnel from whirlpool informed it is a defective item & said to complaitnt in flipkart . I raiseda complaint for the same, they are making me wait for last 10 dys for the technician to come. Moreover, asking me to take a service report from the Whirlpool brand and submit the same to flipkart. The issue is not resolved till date, not getting proper answer from the represenative of flipkart except we are sorry, we are trying, etc. Even the escalation team also saying the same.
i have an issue with flipkart where i have made payment for my order through phonepe but flipkart is saying that they could not see the transaction details. i have called then nearly 50 times everytime a new person talk to me on customer support and says that they will solve the issue in 3 days and near revert back. its been nearly 2months till now the issue is not solves. this is clear negligence of flipkart. my email id is [email protected]

The green soul chair brought from flipkart on 1st Aug 2018, which i got with full of rust and dent near to the wheel, i raised a return request on 1st Aug 2018, immediately once they delivered.
– Still now technician is not visited my place almost 7 days over. Daily i will get message from JEEVES engineer, today technician will visit my place, but no one will come.
– When ever i call to flipkart customer care they say it will resolve in 24 to 48 hours with a high priority but no use.
– The product they provided as flipkart assurance. what is meaning of flipkart assurance
( flipkart assurance means selling used product and cheating the customer ? ) Please don’t buy this green soul product its waste of money

A product was ordered from Flipkart in the nature of a TV unit. It came in an opened and dirty box. The product itself was dirty. A return and refund request was raised in the month of April 2017. Company has been making me run around since then. Even though they accepted the return request, they have not picked up the product. They have not given the refund. Everytime I have followed up they claim that they will do the needful and have dragged me along for 4 months in this fashion. Not only have they wasted my time and energy, but they also harass me by asking the entire case history each time they call. No action has been taken and it has been a Torture. I have attached the screenshot from Flipkart app when they told me pick up would happen by 10th of July. No action has been taken so far. Additionally I have been tortured by their employees consistently and tired enough so as to want to give up the quest for a return and refund. This is a strategy of Flipkart to drag consumers along
