Hathway Internet not working

Hathway Team,

Its been a month since I installed Hathway WiFi Services at my home. I have raised 8 complaints since the third day of installation of internet running really really slow especially at night where it is not even able to open Google search on the browser.
There have been multiple calls and visits but the resolution has not been achieved. Your customer customer has been highly incapable. The internet does not work at all at night.
I am sharing my details below. PLEASE REFUND MY ENTIRE AMOUNT OF RS.2655 PAID FOR 3 MONTHS TO HATHWAY.
Enough is Enough ! Get this done immediately or I will raise this on all Social Media platforms and Consumer Forum.

Hathway internet not working and no action for last 3 days

since 21st oct 17 i have logged a complaint with the company on the same day but no one is bothered to even inform me when they are attending to it or they do not wish to attend.
My network pakage due from 23rd oct 17 i am not renewing for this horrible non response from the company. They are following up promptly for renewal regularly but not attending to my problem. Totally irresponsible attitude.

Hathway Not satisfied with the service provided

I have renewed my Hathway broadband on 16 nov since then I’m not able to access my internet I have raised this issue twice to your customer service but did not get my problem resolved which shows an I’ll and poor service provided by your customer service. I want you to look into this ASAP and get my problem resolved. This experience convinced me to believe that your policies and promises seems to be false. As of now I’m not satisfied with your service quality…

Hathway regarding hathway broadband Waiver issue

Hathway Broadband Account Number :1150569860 taken before 2 Month within the period face lot of disconnection issue,i asked them to extended my downtime hours after billing cycle they are denying my words why i want to pay unnecessarily with net is not working
Worst service they are the great cheater of Broadband service in my apartment everyone raised complain about them

Hathway No Internet

Dear TRAI,
I would like to Lodge a compaliant against Hathway broadband. My office is located at Ghoddod road, Surat and since 5, 6 days my internet connection has been fluctuating and almost 3 days our Internet was totally off for whole day. Now days it is impossible to work a single day without an internet, at least with a business set up like ours. We could not lodge two files on time and missed the deadlines because of Internet. In this time I also visited Hathway’s Ghod dod office on 9-jan-2018 and got an assurance but still we are sailing in the same situation. I am really dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated with their service and pathetic response.
I have contacted their sales guy named “Jay Shukla” who was only good at the time of his sale. When this problem was occurring he was not responding our calls properly. At times he disconnected our calls. Today i tried calling them on their landline and each time I got a lame escuse that their technician will contact us soon. My whole day got wasted in waiting for the technician and no work was done at our office. Now who is responsible for our time and energy wasted?
Now I want TRAI to take action against this Internet service provider who takes their clients for granted and want a whole refund of my money on immediate basis as the service I was being promised and was supposed to get has not been given by them.

Hathway Most unprofessional experience

This is by far the most unprofessional experience with Hathway for me. Though I have in the pst experiences internet connectivity issues multiple times, today is a case of expressed dissatisfaction to another level. Today (18th jan), my internet is down since morning and to top this experience, I have no means to reach Hathway. Their website is down, none of the customer service numbers are working and the mobile app does not allow me to raise a complaint either. Forget customer delight, this is the worst experience ever for me with any service provider. Not sure where Hathway is heading. I am heavily dependent on home BB services and on their top plan as I work from home. Just totally disgusted. No TAT, no means of reaching out for help and not proactive attempt from Hathway to keep customers informed.
