My name is Ramesh Mohan. I am an existing customer of HDFC Bank (Card and Personal Loan).
My salary account showing a negative amount of (1,33,858). Its done by the Credit Card team as i was not able to make the payment. From the month of February my account showing negative amount Due to which i am not able to deposit any amount into my account and my all the Auto Debit is getting bounced and I am getting lots of Harassment calls from the recovering agencies. I might had spoken to more than 100 Executive, Managers and even a higher authorities.
need to get rid of this negative amount so that i can start depositing the amount and all my Auto Loan Debit wont get bounce.

I have no Complain against PayTM but would like to satate that HDFC Bank Credit Card had wrongfully debited my account for Rs.2999 on 15th March,2017 stating that amount paid to PayTM. I have strongly objected to HDFC Bank Credit Card division but they have confirmed that aforesaid amount of Rs.2999 was correcty paid to PayTM on 15/03/2017.
I have checked my personal diary and also i have checked my Passbook of PayTM which does not show Rs.2999 given to PayTm on said date.
My sincere request to PayTM to submit my Summary of Account for the month of March,2017.and further please Certify that on 15/03/2017 amount of Rs.2999 were not transferred by me through HDFC Bank Credit Card or by way of ant transfer by Rajesh J.Mehta.

I have purchased mobile phone of worth Rs.6999 through online credit card payment option by amazon agent. I have received only one product, but amount has been deducted twice.(â¹.13998). I have cross checked with Amazon agent . They receive the amount only once..
So kindly credit the remaining â¹.6999 to my credit card.Otherwise i want cancel my credit card account.
Kindly make the steps as soon as possible.
