An amount of 709.44 is deducted from my HDFC credit card in name of Amazon Prime Membership. I do not have Amazon prime Membership and I cannot understand how a transaction is made in my card without sending OTP. This means that HDFC credit card is not at all secure and safe to use.
An HDFC bank representative issued a HDFC Master Regalia Card to me. As proof of address I gave my phone bill. To my surprise, he linked my phone bills to this card on auto debit every month.
How do I cancel the card and get freedom of this bank card.

Yesterday evening i received a massage from HDFC BANK that Rs. 5089.99 was spent on my Credit card ending 6178 on 06/01/2018 : 18:38:30 at GOOGLE *Aniplex . This transaction was not done by me . that time I was on duty at Thane and credit also with me . Somebody was used my credit card by internet service . So I am requesting you to find out fraud person .

HI on 16th jan 2018, my credit card was used by someone in Chaco’s #0002 and they shopped for 1653.48
this is online fraud and bank is called and they blocked my card and they told we will send new card . When i wil get my new card or i need apply again.

This is to state that I have not used my credit card for ERGO64856 at Mumbai for 16416.00 on 16th January 2018, neither I have authorised anyone, nor I have shared my card details to anyone. I still have that credit card with. The above transaction is illegal and forgery.
I had called immediately to you and complained this as soon as I saw the sms of usage. I was advised by your executive on phone to send email regarding this. I have also notified to the Police department. Please kindly reverse this amount and find the culprit and bring to justice.
Attached is the copy of Police receiving the complain along with my dispute letter.

I am having a HDFC Credit Card ending with 2238, My contact number is 8879736745, I did not activate my Credit card ever, however the Smart Pay services allowed Vodafone to deduct Rs. 100/- from my Credit Card which was never been activated. I want to deactivate my Credit Card immediately also I want the Bank and Vodafone company to send me clarification on the same, if I never asked them to recharge my prepaid Vodafone mobile number 8879736745, by Credit Card, why they have charged my Credit Card who gave them authority to charge my inactive Credit Card?
As I am really very confused about the deductions..
Also now HDFC Bank has put Late fee penalty fee of about RS. 1500/-
Altogether my due to HDFC Bank is coming to at approx Rs. 2,065/-, that they are asking me to pay to them.
If I never activated my Credit Card, why I will pay it the HDFC Bank or Vodafone?
Today on 3rd March 2018, I called Customer Care of HDFC bank from my contact number 8879736745, HDFC executive asked me to Contact Vodafone Customer Care.
I tried reaching Vodafone Customer Care on 121 from my mobile, the call is not getting connected.
I am writing this complaint as I am really disappointed and feeling cheated after all this.
have not been using my credit card (4893********2933) for more than 2.5 years and missed payment hence requested for a full and final settlement in the month on Aug 2017 only one person was kind enough to offer me a settlement amount of 15,000 to pay in 6 installment and I had paid close to 9000 but the remaining was delayed because I wasn’t there in India as looking for a job abroad with my friends help and missed to pay as the person who used to go home to collect the payment never went or called to collect the payment. Later, I realized after I got another email asking to pay dues that the settlement was invalid,hence I contacted again and the person asks me to settle for 19000 in 8 EMI which I was totally unable to pay as I am still in search of a job and unable to pay that hence I requested for 15000 so I can pay it and settle it. They said they are unable to accept this hence I agreed for the Rs 19000 final settlement they offered for 8 EMI. They never replied to my email but again they made me contact 5 different people saying every month my account keeps moving with different people so I contacted the last person who was very rude and asked me to pay the entire outstanding balance for the card which was not used for 2.5 years and only interest charges and if I had the money I would have agreed but Ima a single mother raising my child with difficulties looking out for a job and getting tortured by HDFC. The only credit card team with zero help but100% harassment for the people who are in difficult situation. Please look into this matter and help me get my justice as you know so many complaints are being raised but HDFC still behaves the same way to their customers and torture us if we request for final settlement. Please help
