You didnot notify how you got me… there is no email that i had sent in your mail reply… hence i am attaching
here with (pasted all) all the email trains that give you all the details that i possess and will help you nab the miscreant.

Sorry to say… i already mentioned that no: 040-6702 4000 is ONE-WAY type of number ( you must be
knowing, because HDFC employs that Telecall facility to "attract" the likely Credit Card customers …
and importantly if you Simply Try that number, it will always give you message that it is invalid ( ?) .
And simply REPLYING ME … that i provided a INVALID number is very elementary form of customer service that you are giving. Please Wake up and Smell Coffee…!

Also on same day., 9 th June 2017 at exactly 13:55pm the same fellow the ROGUE Mr. Venkatesh called me from
040-33671065 and did talk UN-PARLIAMENTARY LANGUAGE… AND SPOKE FOR 21 SECONDS….Again this
number is also HDFC bank number as True Caller is showing. And i can share all this informaiton.

Another number 040-3004 4000 is also mentioned by me… please correlate them.. i got the phone conversation fully recorded and is attached as an Attachment file and you can listen… He Clearly says he is calling from HDFC Bank
Credit Card Division and is soliciting me to get the Credit Card and then his ROGUE Nature was revealed.
Hence i request you to go thru all these records and DO NOT REPLY simply that these numbers are not existing…
Please do check up the details shared… if not … I HAVE EVERY REASON TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE "DUCKING" THE RESPONSIBILITY BY SAYING THAT NUMBER IS INVALID…!!!
Can you not investigate, who you are engaging for Telecall facility… Otherwise how TRUECALLER is showing clearly
those numbers as HDFC Bank numbers… as well as some time it showed as SPAM caller? tag and if i wanted to
designate the same, i can do so… that means many other customers like me qualified it as SPAM number also to protect our privacy..

HENCE THIS IS A SERIOUS BREACH OF PRIVACY AND USE OF UN-PARLIAMENTARY LANGUAGE….
MORE SO IF YOU DO NOT INVESTIGATE WITH ALL THESE MANY DETAILS… there is a doubt of nexus…!!
Hence do act quickly and nab the culprits… it is your job to do the same.. i am not asking a favour hear !

I had done HDFC Bank’s credit card online on 20-06-2017 as per the instructions of HDFC, as per the caller’s call, and according to the caller, we got our kyc Like Saleery slip, Aadhar card, PAN card in the nearest HDFC branch , Had submitted the bank statement, and even after taking a follow up, the status is still showing that IN PROCESS is showing this status from the last one month to the present (22-07-2017) and two time verification has been done. So please help me.

HDFC Bank Credit Card HDFC credit card hidden charges

Hello,

I was forced to take an HDFC credit card by their staff. The man kept saying "free hai madam… lifetime free hai madam" . I had specifically asked him if i would be charged anything in the future for it, and he said NO. Absolutely no payment required. But i got a statement saying I’ve to pay around 1500 for some One Assist thingy. I went to the bank to inquire and those dumb # apparently had no information about the credit cards. They said they only sell it, and for every other information I’ll have to call up a number. Like WTF?? These guys are just sitting there like salesmen and selling cards. And IMPORTANTLY..the man who activated my card did not inform me that he is also activating this one assist programme, neither did he tell me that i’ll be charged for it. And now i have to waste my money due to their efficiency.

I Bhupender Bhambri holding HDFC Bank credit card no -################(Regalia) against which i borrow loan of 1,50,000/- lac upon credit card limit, as per your customer care executive assurance that no processing fee will be charged but in my current statment same has been changed.

HDFC Bank Credit Card cancellation of ONE ASSIST & refund of money

Hi,

Iam HDFC credit card holder. the bank has auto debited Rs 1799/- . and also adding interest amount from my credit card number ending with 2089 without my concern. Iam not interested about this service and don’t want this membership any more so cancel the memebership and refund this debited Rs 1799/- amount including all service charge for EMI.
Don’t activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..

HDFC Bank Credit Card UNATHORISED DEDUCTION – ONEASSIST MFEE

Dear Oneassist / HDFC Bank

I am krishana devi, I’m using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST ONE WEEK, and CARD NUMBER ENDING with 5846. My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount RS 1899 without my knowledge on date: 31/08/2017.
I am not interested about this service and don’t want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/- and stop service and EMI.

HDFC Bank Credit Card Fault in Bank's Auto pay they deduct return fee from my account

My Credit Card billing cycle ends on 3rd of every month.

For August cycle i made the payment on 2nd Sept which was successful.
On 3rd sept Bank deduct same amount with name auto pay from my account.
Again on 3rd they return that amount in my account as i had already done the payment on 2nd .
On return of amount which was deducted due to there fault they deduct return fee from my account. And in addition they apply GST on that return fee charge.
I emailed them about this, in starting there reply was fast and confusing. When I made the clear understanding of the amount deduction and GST on email.. It’s past 5 days and I haven’t even good a single email from there side.
