This is to inform all the people who are aspiring to avail HDFC Credit cards for dealing with day to day transactions. Please note that these people are going to make your life hell once you receive their card as i have also gone through this phase and finally with much effort somehow i managed to close my HDFC Bank Diner Card forever after a long period of five months and that too after paying around 10,000/- (Approx) after submitting the credit card closure form. So, it is my sincere request to all the people not to believe in them as they will keep on calling you for getting their credit cards and will do all sort of things to h.o the card to you, but once you get their card and start facing any difficulty there will be no responsible HDFC officer to address your issue, they will keep on taking different agency names and than you will land into trouble. Like in my case they were telling that your credit card complaints and issues are taken up by their Chennai office. T!
hey have never sent any reconciliation statement despite of so many requests but started sending the texts of pending bills again after the final reimbursement of complete bill amount even they have sent to me the letter for going against legal proceedings also to recover the outstanding amount which was not at all proved by them. These firms are looting us, you will never be benefitted by their eye catching plans, that is only for fooling us. So kindly open your eyes and never take HDFC Credit cards at all if you are planning also. Regards
I have 2 credit cards. One is Snapdeal and 2nd is Dinners Club. There is auto deduction from Snapdeal for Netflix account although I never used Netflix ever.
I am not using my credit card since last 6 months and they have blocked my both card. Why do I pay if I never used any Netflix account. Even I complained 3 months back also regarding the same. Fedup with the issue they are raising. What should I do. They blocked my current card also. Cross check with Netflix because I never used Netflix account.

Respected sir, I am holding an account with your Parris branch for the past 1 year. All of a sudden I have received a letter from your Ceebros building stating that the fund hold on due to non payment of my credit card number ending 9544. I have surrender your card long back 8 years back and I have paid to your rep 10000 settlement for my old card and got the settlement letter. After 8 years suddenly received a call stating that my card payment pending. Eventhough I state your rep to come to my house and see the paper given to me then we will come to a conclusion. Non of them turned back till date. Even on phone i got many threatening calls have come and uses many more unparliamentary words comes from you agents. I am 62 years old and I cannot tollerate such calls. 3 days back i have recd a letter from Ms. Sowjanya, bearing phone no.4423748701 without Email or mobile phone. I cannot run around to trace her and discuss regarding. If this repeats I have no other alte! rnative but close the account immidiately.

I had purchased iphone 8 on which i am liable to get 7000 cashback within 90 days of purchase.
I am buying on 7Jan,2018 and may month started but I have not received the cashback yet. I have contacted customer care many times but not received proper feedback. Kindly Process the cashback soon

This is to inform you that my card (############ 0919) got expired on 10/17 and I didn’t get call or card for renewal.Even I called many times but call did not connect.
There was no amount pending to pay later I received call for hdfc credit card saying that this much amount is pending. I accept that I got frustrated with the services so later on I start ignoring the calls from HDFC.
Today I’ve cleared the whole amount with huge interest. The amount is 8930rs. So I request to help me to get refund of atleast half amount in same. Hoping for the help from your end.
