I purchased a New Hitachi on 1st week of May’19 from following dealers at Indore.

Based on trust and reputation of Hitachi, we have chosen this brand, but unfortunately my piece found faulty within 1.5 month of use. Also miserable service getting from the dealer/service provider.
Currently it is under maintenance since last 4 days and today since morning I am following up with them but still there is no firm timeline to resolve the issue. Very much disappointed and requesting to look into the issue.

I bought an AC model no: RAU 317KWD on 02.05.2016 for which I was facing some issues for which I registered a complaint on 06.05.2019 with breakdown request on: 19050606894. The technician attended my call on 07.05.2019 and informed me that my indoor PCB unit was faulty and recommended that I replace the PCB unit. Accordingly I placed an order with the service centre and after that the delaying game on the part of service centre began. At the time of ordering he mentioned it would take 2-5 days for replacing my PCB unit. I contacted the service centre after 3 days and requested him to resolve my issue. After that I again contacted them on 10.05.2019, 11.05.2019, 12.05.2019, 13.05.2019 and even on 14.05.2019 but each and every time, the service centre said that they hadn’t received the product yet. This tendency of simply passing the buck with absolutely no accountability or any sense of responsibility is tremendously alarming for any service providing unit of your stature !

On 24th april my split ac 1.5 ton got serviced and gas refilled by your engineers and after one month i was facing the gas leakage in the ac with low cooling and this is the third time my ac is not cooling.
I tried contacting and registered complaint to your customer care i received a call of an engineer today and he is saying contact the other service with which previously your ac services has been done we are from another service center. i have all the previous bills of servicing and gas refilling.
I think your all engineers are just trying to fool the customers and this is the third time i am facing no cooling issue that means your sevicemen workmanship is poor and i never expected this from a brand like hitachi. My complaint no. Is 18061702449
