I have purchase honda activa at 17 jan 2019 and I used it properly then feel that it has some problems about handling. While servicing it is told that fork and cone set is defected.

I am Amulya Singh owner of Honda Activate 4G (UP 14 DK 5963). I purchased my scooty from Sangam.Honda in A-23/6, Site 4, Link Road Near Mohan Nagar Flyover, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010.
In a month of April I left my scooty for claim as it is accidental.A person work there named Ramesh said he will left my scooty at home. When he left my scooty he taken 4500₹ cash from me as for the bill as I ask him to take online, but he said I didn’t use it. Please give me cash.
I said OK. As in between all that I didn’t get any mail, call, message from surveyer or any other resource .
And when I again gone in November starting for the renew policy and left scooty on claim then I ask about last bill . Now sangam Honda is ignoring to refund my money back. Is this kind of service Honda gives to their customers. I need my refund.
My Brother bike was broken by 2 days ago (4-11-18)while driving. It took four months to take the train. But the RJ Motors service center called Mattannur Nelloon said. There was no response from their side.see your service very bad. I am not satisfied.

This is continuously 3rd time Worst servicing from Honda service centre. They did not even clean outer parts of vehicle. Then how should we trust whether they are servicing properly or not. By the name sake only number customer satisfaction. But if we google it all service related compliance only and that were horrible.
