HP Gas HP GAS Subsidy not received from past few delivery

Hi – I am not getting subsidy from few months, and when checked online, seeing below message which is TOTAL wrong. Please can you suggest. Consumer No : 630757

HP Gas Charging extra amount in patancheru

Hello, myself dilip Kumar. Actual price rate of gas is 936.40 rupees for 14.2kg cylinder. But they charged me 1000rupees and they’re telling that due to dhasera festival we’re taking the extra amount from the customer. What is this service, Iam so dissatisfied on your service. We’re poor middle class families by charging this much amount is not good.

HP Gas Multiple Service Issues

I am facing the below issues with HP Gas –

1. I am facing the same issue again where the refill booking is cancelled. The refill wasn’t delivered and the booking was cancelled twice (26 & 29 Sep) in the span of 10 days. I booked a refill today again. I checked with my building security as well and he has confirmed that no HP gas person came for cylinder delivery.
2. I paid for the refill when I made the booking on 26 Sep. This refill booking was cancelled but I never got the refund. I booked a refill on 29 Sep and it gave an already paid status when I checked the payment option. Today when I booked a refill, again, payment option was open and but I never got the refund of the payment that I made.
3. I observed that I have not got the subsidy amount the past few times that I booked. Also, the price of the cylinder has increased significantly, over 200 INR. I use cooking gas very conservatively and do not consume more than 3-4 cylinders a year. I feel something or somebody is wrong or misusing my account to sell my subsidized cylinders elsewhere.
4. I raised this complaint multiple times but never got a solution. I am unable to book a refill online as it says only active users can do it. I am an active user and I have been booking refill on mobile IVR regularly.
5. The customer care/helpline are not helpful at all. They struggle to understand the concerns or retrieve account info and subsequently fail disastrously in providing a solution.
Please look into the above concerns urgently as these are very critical and probably some are related to corrupt practices.

HP Gas, Amrit Gas Agency, Yamuna nagar Delay in gas home delivery from back 6-7 months
