HRTC condutor ask us for commission

We are traveling to chandigarh in gurgaon bus via khaira time is 4.45pm date 4 june 2017 Bus no. HR 55T 3840. conductor offered us last seat. We request for a seat where we feel comfortable as most of the seats are vacant but he told us to sit on last seat only and if you want another seat you can change the bus from shivnagar. Ticket conductor asked for the ticket we gave him 700rs nd the ticket cost is 610rs and instead of giving balance he asked us to seat on seat no 1 and 2 but you should give a commission of 80 or 90rs which is our balance. We refused his offer and we are still sitting on last bench of seat.. Now he is giving vacant seats to another passengers.

i mangla going to pathankot to nurpur in HRTC bus route from pathankot to sarkaghat i started journey from pathankot (dhangu bus stop) near 10:30 AM from HRTC (Himachal road transport corporation) bus conductor starting barging and using bad language for bus fare then i request for stop bus at simbal chowk and i pay rs 10 to conductor but he did not stop the bus at simbal chowk he stoped the bus at mamun chowk, 2 kilometer far from simbal chowk and he also did not stop the bus properly when i am come down from bus he started bus speed and i fall down in road and i just save to happen accident. i request to take necessary action against the bus driver and conductor

HRTC CONFIRMED SEAT ALLOTTED TO OTHER PASSENGER BY CONDUCTER

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE BOOKED SEAT NO. 12,13 & 14 THROUGH ONLINE FOR BUS ROUTER NO. DELHI TO PATHANKOT FOR DT. 18-6-2017 (SUNDAY) AT 5 PM WHICH DEPARTS FROM KASHMERE GATE TO PATHANKOT & REACHES AT KARNAL BYE PASS AT 5:30 PM IN THE EVENING, WHEN I ASKED TO CONDUCTER REGARDING THE ABOVE SAID SEAT NUMBERS THEN HE SAID THAT HE HAS NOT SEEN THE PREPARED CHART SO BY MISTAKE HE HAS ALLOTTED THE SEAT NO. 12,13, & 14 TO OTHER PASSENGERS SO NOW HE WILL ADJUST THE SAME TO DIFFERENT SEAT. HE SAID SORRY……..
BUT MY QUESTION IS SIMPLY THAT HOW THE CONDUCTER ALLOTTED THE SEAT TO OTHER PASSENGERS

HRTC Seat Not Allot By Conductor

Sir , my name is Ashul Rana, want to register a complaint against bus conductor of bus no 6140 route From Nagrota Bagwan To Chandigarh (5:00 AM) Date was 10.07.2017.

1 Conductor not allot any seat no to all passenger who can buy a ticket from Nagorta to Chandigarh, mohali, una, . When i am asking for this he said seat will be confirmed at kangra bus stand . this online booking case but he don’t know online booking has been resumed before 4 hour of bus departure time.
2 I am asking to bus conductor pls show your voucher from Nagrota Bagwan. He can’t received any voucher from Nagrota Bagwan .
3 this is common problem with this bus. i am facing this from last 4 to 5 time.
Sir pls take any serious action regarding to this for better services.

HRTC Bad attitude of the bus conductor

I am an 18 year old girl student.I am a resident of una,himachal Pradesh.The attitude of the bus conductors towards the passengers of una is very ignorant.Even when the seats are available they try not to book them for us.I was traveling from Chandigarh to una on Friday afternoon.On inquiry ,I was told that there are some seats available in the Volvo(himsuta)bus going from Chandigarh to Dharamshala.But as soon as I told the conductors that I have to get a ticket for una,his tone became so rude and he said to me that una people should not even dream about getting into this bus.we aren’t going to waste a seat like that.Just get any ordinary bus and get going.
After being disappointed in such a manner,I headed towards the counter to get a seat in the ordinary hrtc bus from Chandigarh to una.There were only 2-3 seats left vacant in the bus.I rushed and to my surprise when I asked the conductors to give me a ticket to una,he clearly refused and started asking others if anybody wants to go further.After a lot of request,he booked me a ticket to Amb and charged me 40 rs extra without any reason.
I mean this is clearly not done.When you people consider una an important station and then how come you can treat us like this.If same is the case then these buses should not be allowed to pass through una.How are the masses supposed to react in such situations.This is our fundamental right to travel in any bus and buy tickets till our desired destination but these conductors are doing stuff according to their will and making the passengers suffer.
We request that immediate action should be taken in this context and the conductors should be questioned.

HRTC Exchange of bag during journey from Chandigarh to Dharamshala

With due respect, I would like to state that my bag had been exchanged during the journey from Chandigarh to Dharamshala in Himsuta Volvo(departure time-3:30pm) on 3rd August,2017.
My seat number was 20. The bag was red in colour with ‘Nutrilite’ written over it. The bag contained important documents with cash and books and other belongings like clothes.
I would be highly obliged if you help me with the details of the passengers travelling that day(the one who booked online) so that I can make an action to find my bag. I have called in the Dharamshala inquiry centre about the loss but no response came so far. The loss occurred due to the mismanagement of the one taking out the bags as seat number is written on the bag at the time of boarding. Kindly look into matter. In need of urgent response. Thanking you
