Hello Hyundai,
we puchaced Creta 1.6 CRDI SX(O)from your sales and service office in Mavelikkara(Alappuzha district,kerala) on 31-Aug-2015 with Supplier’s Ref.H201500167 and other Ref.C2015080134. I had 3 years waaranty for the vehicle, I did all the service intime as per your instruction.I replaced break pad, clutch pad for the last three years. In the month of April 2018 we had a break problem while driving in a city area with heavy traffic, suddenly we lost break it slipped off and the break pad got harder.Imediatly my driver used handbreak and avoided collision with other vehicles, my full family was in the car and shocked to see such an incident and got feared.We went to Hyundai service centre and they could not find anything as there was no problem when they conductd a test drive.This problem again came up after a week time and again the service centre could not get anything because test drive was ok. There after the problem cameup continiously and the error light was lit, we t!

After two days the break problem again came up and took to service center, they changed two sensors near two backweel and got alright. It was within warranty period. On 3rd July 2019 again the same slipping of break occured.We got panic and took the vehicle to srevice center, they scanned the vehicle and had a test drive-No problem with vehicle.Now as a last chance they said they will change two sensors at the back and give the vehicle as they did last time. They have already ordered the spares from Cochin warehouse which will take one week time to reach the service center in Pathanamthitta and give me the vehicle. For this I have to pay nearly 13000- 14000 rupees and they can not guarante the break problem will be solved or not.
My question to Hyundai is= do you think this is proper for you to deal with hyundai car owner? Don’t you give any value for the life of your customer? If you can not solve your car problem where shall I go? My daughter is a doctor and she used to drive the vehicle before the break problem arised- now she stopped driving last one year because of the fear. We(wife and me) travel in the car with great fear and we go very slow that too with expert driver, Why should we do all these things? I spent so much money for this vehicle to get it proper, but your vehicle is disappointing. Last year you changed the sensor and should I believe that again the sensor is gone bad or the last problem still exists? I call taxi to go for the places because I am afraid to travel in the car. How long it will go like this and when shall I travel in my car safely without fear? I spent almost 15 lakhs for the car and I am using taxi, do you have anything to say? Hope you will come up with a goo! d solution

hyundai creta Accidental Repainted Vehicle Supplied by you as Brand New

Dear Sir,

We have purchased Brand New Hyundai Creta 1.6 VTVT AUTO SX- polar white Vehicle from you under your Invoice No. NIA01H201700096 which has been delivered to us on 14th July 2017 at around 5:00 Pm
On Careful Examination of Car today Morning we noticed that the Rear Lights are Not properly aligned with the Body and have white spray marks on Edges of Light, inside Boot Cover of vehicle clearly indicating that the vehicle was Accidented and Repaired and painted. We have paid you for the New Vehicle and not for the Accidental Vehicle.
The Complaint was lodged on Telephone in the Morning at 10:30 Am with the dealer and wewere told that someone would come to inspect and so far No one has come.
We have also lodged the complained at Hyundai service center at 12:45 pm and the complaint No. given by Mr. Ajeet is 1/886643860 You are requested to replace the Vehicle immediately.

hyundai creta delay in delivery

Dear Hyundai,
We booked a Creta SX + on 18-7-17 with assured delivery by 14-8-17. Now the showroom is informing us to expect delivery not before September 2017. They are giving all sorts of reasons, it is really true that you are not delivering the Cars to Kolkata, or we are taken for a ride?
It would be very helpful if we could know the exact status.

I purchased the vehicle (Hyundai Creta base model) on 11/08/2016. Actually I asked to deliver the vehicle on 10/08/2016. First of all I was not satisfied by the delivery of the vehicle because, The vehicle had been driven a long distance from one showroom to another before the delivery itself, then they made the Meter to reset even without asking the permission of the owner and it was really disgusting from a customer point of view. I came to know this by seeing the tyre (Tyres seemed to be used a bit). IMPORTANT ISSUE:
1) A week after purchasing the vehicle, i noted a defect in the steering that it was slightly pulling the vehicle towards right and steering was very tight. So, I consulted the manager of the (Palakkad Grand Hyundai showroom) and he told a silly reason that, it is pretty common in base model Hyundai Creta and I belived that excuse also.
2)They adviced me to change the steering motor for resolving the issue and even after changing the steering motor problem hasn’t got resolved.
3) After that they checked the alignment and adviced me to interchange the tyres and I did it that too.
4) And it has been one and half years since I started facing this problem and visiting the showroom became a routine after that.
5) And a month before the new manager of the Palakkad Grand Hyundai assured me to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. And he asked me to leave the vehicle there for 4 days and drove the vehicle for around 80kms and they founded the problem also (Steering is tight and pulling the vehicle towards right) and he assured me to replace the entire steering kit. And they have taken the readings of the steering too.
And it has been one month since he told me to resolve the issue and I haven’t got any legitimate response till now. They are simply asking me to wait. That is the only response they are providing ‘please wait for a bit long sir’. I have purchased this car for my family use not for visiting the showroom frequently and I am fed up of running behind this issue. I need a solution as soon as possible. This is the last mail i am going to send you. Here after I am planning to move in a strong legal way and I am planning to make this issue public as well. We are also running 5 companies and we know what is the way to treat the customers. And i am not going to wait anymore or going to leave this issue. I need a permanent and favorable solution for believing your company and purchasing this vehicle. My vehicle booked in authorise service centre Palakkad 10-10-2017. Worst service centre & franchise or dealer ship showroom.

hyundai creta Faulty ABS system – Creta

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my new Creta has faulty ABS system, on my very first long distance drive, I experienced that my breaks are failed when car comes to an uneven surface and brake are required urgently to be applied. It was very scary to go vehicle free flow when one is trying to control it with the break. Luckily no vehicle or person was on my way this time. However when I report the issue with Capital Hyundai, Noida on first service, they told everything is fine there is no problem in the ABS system. But after about a month I experienced the same issue and my car simply banged the car ahead me on applying the emergency break, it went in free flow on uneven surface, and my car got damaged. Thankfully I was under 50-60 kmph speed so the damage was not severe. But it is very depressing and unpleasant experience.
When I try to figure out my experience on google i found similar experience shared by other users as well. Can somebody from Hyundai can look into this issue and train the staff and workshop also to rectify when somebody reports the issue. I found them incapable to deal or understand the issue. It is very easy to say that every thing is fine and no problem at all, whereas there are multiple customers are facing the same issue with Hyundai’s Crate.

This is in reference to my complaint today afternoon for my car MH03-CM-1774 and I was not provided a complaint number, I am not sure if you have a process of documenting your complaints, I have been facing a repeated problem in my Creta car since I have brought this car in the month of April-17
Whenever I am out of station for 3 days or more I have a starting problem, this is an automatic car and it cost me 17.5 lacs , I don’t understand we buy a premium car so that we get a comfort but this car doesn’t start when I start the car after 3 or 4 days and as per the service advisor Mr Satish this has been observed in other cars , do you mean to say that this is a problem known to your organization and you are fooling the customer by selling such a product which will not work if we keep it idle for more than 3 to 4 days
Last time when I had the similar problem I spoked with the manager of the service centre and he told that he checked each and everything but there is no problem in the car and he also sent my Battery for checking but as per him there was no issue in the battery then why is the car dosent start after 3 or 4 days
The last I drive the car on 1st December and then I was out of station and I came back on 4th December, I tried starting the car on 5th December and its not responding the service advisor say that they will send someone tomorrow to check the car to see what is the problem, how many times you will do this , I would need a resolution this time or I will have to use the other means to raise my concerns in public domain, if you have a problem in the car then you have to resolve the same or else if the problem doent have a solution then you have take all this car out of the market which gives such problems
This is 5th time I am raising the concern and I do not have solution and I am completed frustrated by the pathetic service I have been provided

DON’T BUY HYUNDAI CRETA, Creta has faulty ABS system, many times I have experienced that my breaks are failed when car comes to an uneven surface and brake are required urgently to be applied. It is now very scary to drive this car because i do not know whether car will stop or not when i will apply the break.
However when I report the issue with any Hyundai service centre all of them say that they are aware about this issue but they do not have any solution to fix the breaking issue in Creta.
It is very depressing and unpleasant experience.
When I tried to figure out my experience on google i found similar experience shared by other users as well. Can somebody from Hyundai can look into this issue and train the staff and workshop also to rectify when somebody reports the issue. I found them incapable to deal or understand the issue. Pleas fix this issue asap or take back your cars because someone’s life is more important than your brand image.
