Sub : Negative charges on Prepaid Card
We would like to bring to your notice for the following
As there is no default on my part hence I am suffering with Negative charges liable to pay
pockets is a prepaid card which should not go into negative in my case i made an irctc transaction then immediately my card got debitted and after few.days my card went negative without reflecting in statement i raised this concern with 2 executives and.they promised it will get resolved and now its been 7 days no such response receive from them useless fellows sitting in icici pockets 11 oct 15:42pm SR NO : SR571979241
Again generated the SR NO on 16/10/2018
Incase you are not rectifying your mistake by today then I will surrender your card and advise others not to fell trap with icici pockets please note
I tried to pay Rs 370/- to a merchant at Goa through icici Pockets wallet pay to scan process on 10 Dec 17. 2 times it indicated error and finally I paid cash to the merchant. However, subsequently 2 times they deducted money from my wallet. When I raised the complaint, it was told by their customer care that the complaint will be registered only after three days. That was my first shock. They dont even bother take a complaint before three days. Subsequently I raised the complaint after 3 days with complaint no SR514055103. I was told by their customer care to reach the merchant for help. After lot of request, begging and frequent phone calls to the merchant he said he has not received the payment. Now the customer care simply respond saying that the issue will be resolved by Mar 28 2018. I am surprised that if there is any error from the wallet why should I be punished. Even I raised the complant to 2nd level and I received the same reply. I am really astonished and irritat!
ed that how can they simply wash their hands and say that the issue will take 4 months to resolve. There is simply no response.
