I Purchased ONIDA AC on 12th March 2017. First time cooling issue occurred due to Gas leakage around 4 months after date of purchase. Now again the same problem has occurred on October 2017 and I have been calling customer care for the same. Now my product is under warranty and again cooling is not happening at all. This is embarrassing for me and I have lost trust with ONIDA. This is second time happening in the last 6 months and ONIDA must replace the product or refund all my money.
I have escalated to customer care but ONIDA executive told me that they had not received any order from their management.

The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in short. 1. Extreme low voltage.

3. In the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, TV or some-times even CFL bulbs. 4. Further most of the residents power supply is on single phase. 5. Now please install the new Transformation.
My village having low voltage problem for more than a year due to transformer damaged.
Many times we are complained EB office but there is no action on this. Kindly change the area transformer or else rectify the problem ASAP.

I am currently perusing an Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering in the above stated institute. The institute is affiliated to VTU, Belgaum, a technical university. According to the university rules, there is no compulsion to students to have a minimum score in the internal Assessments for theory subject. In simple words, even if a student scores zero in the internal assessments in a theory subject, He/She is eligible to attend the final external exam, provided the student has cleared all the college fee dues(if any), Examination fee, and a minimum of 75% of attendance. In my case, I have complied with all the instructions required to attend the examination by the university. And i possess all rights to attend the examination irrespective of my internal score in the particular theory subjects. It’s a shame that my hall ticket is being held by the staff in the college for, according to them, "Not scoring enough in the internal assessments in the t! heory subject.".
PS: Here is a link to regulations set by VTU regarding the scheme for attending the examination in which it is clearly stated under page no 7, article no 15OB 4.10 "For theory subjects, there shall not be any minimum requirements of IA marks."
