I have complained for street light in front of my home which is not working from 26 June to eesl costomer care on 30 June they said your complaint will be done within 48 hours but today is 11th July the complaint is still pending I have recompained several times but I got disappointed this is a third class company with no service
This is with regards to couple of recharges that I have done on my Jio numer. I have done two transaction for Rs 309 & 309 on 19th Apr 2017 from my SBI credit card. However, both the transaction got failed and the money was taken out from my credit card. Now it has been almost more than a month that, Jio is finding it difficult to rectify the issue. I am following up with them regularly and escalated this issue as well, still no response yet.
