Just wanna complaint about swiggy it is a worst app I ever seen,they cheats to customer while doing fraud billing after giving confirmed order they changes bill itself at the time of delivery without informing customer. Many times refuses orders or says N/A.
Given lots of time feedback for same on their app but nobody reverted yet it’s been 1 month now. I don’t know why swiggy provide Customer care service as they never revert back nor they understand query easily, their is a very big language barrier because all are south indians and even doesn’t know English properly.
It was my 1st and last order to swiggy but atleast I was expecting some revert from their side as they wasted my 5 hours!

SUPERTECH UPCOUNTRY DELAY IN POSSESSION AND BAD STAFF RESPONSE
I also hold a unit in SuperTech Upcountry which I bought in Aug 2013 and have made 95% of the payment in CLP plan.
As per agreement Supertech was supposed to deliver by Dec 2015 and I have been chasing them since then, but every year they keep increasing the date.
If there is any ongoing consume case, I would like to join.

Over the past few months,a lot of channels were not being shown and last week onwards no signal is available in my area.
I had called to enquire last week and I was told that there was a technical upgrade in progress and all channels would be available from 16 April 2018.But till date the issue is not resolved and the customer care number 18002009001 is also not working and a "busy message" always comes when the number is contacted. Their website also does not mention any status.
This is a case of taking consumers for a ride.
I want to opt out of this service but am not sure how to do so as customer care is not responding(I suspect they have blocked my number)
