yatra. com Horrible experience with yatra

We went to Paris Switzerland this 9 may 2018 and had pathetic and horrible experience with yatra team.
All the employees of yatra are inexperienced and non courteous. Specially their visa team miss Monika Sharma, gipsa Jain, hemchandra Joshi is pathetic and rude. Never ever book with yatra, it’s Better to book by yourself, coz ultimately you have to do everything by yourself only even if you book through them. We had to make too many follow ups for our visa. Even just before a day of visa appointment we were awake till 2.30 am coz of inexperienced and lethargic team of visa. They were continously procrastinating things and exaggerated the matter to stretch. These people were asking each other to complete the work and no body was actually doing it.
We made complaints to vice president of yatra Mr. Anoop khanduri as well but no proper response, mere fake promises was all we got.
There on trip we were given a horrible bus, rude driver and the tour manager was not even aware of the places we were visiting.
From there also we had to make complaints and overall our trip experience was horrible.

ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION Fraudulent transaction. Debit of INR.7,044.36


There has been a fraudulent transaction amounting to INR.7,044.36 from my account on 28th of May 2018 Transaction Remarks as given below.

But no such transaction has been done by me.

I would request this investigation to complete ASAP and I want my entire refund at the earliest to my account as per the details below on mail.

we are trying for new mee seva center open in my grampanchayat area since four years we have got allotment letter from district collector office adilabad 2015 my application number is Lr.No-KRRC-II/630/KAGAZNAGAR/2014 but by mistake district is seprated and my proceeding letter is pending so we resubmitted my application in collector office kumrambheem distric 2-08-2017 but we have not get any response then we have again submitted application in same office 12-03-2018 then we have not get response any positive result so we helpless and submitted the application in your office so i requested to you please accepted my application and resolve my problem as soon as possible and give me my right therefore i help to public therefore easy the work

Reliance BigTV Recharged TV but service is still unavailable and no resolution given.

I made recharge of 270 rupees for my Reliance Digital TV. I am still not getting any channels. I am receiving Smart card error 106. I called toll free customer care and I was told (in a very careless way) that server is down and issue cannot be resolved.
I told customer care that i am not receiving any server error and receiving smart card error. But customer care people seem to be least bothered and could not even tell me whether issue is in server or my smart card.
I asked them to raise a complaint and send some representative but i was told to wait for 3 days which is just ridiculous.
What kind of technical issue could take 3 days? I wanted a reliance digital tv representative to come to my home as soon as possible and resolve the issue. But no appropriate resolution was provided. There is no way to escalate the issue. If no services could be provided then they should give a refund.

Fraudulent transaction on my SBI Bank credit card for Rs.10,000/- + Rs. 10,000/- on 26th may,2018, 05:39 & 06:04 pm.

This is fraudulent transaction on my SBI bank credit card.
I have already lodged my complaint with CYBER CELL , Tirunelveli for investigation.
I request to furnish information of this transaction and name of beneficiary ,his mobile number,address immediately to enable CYBER CELL to nab the culprit / s. I request you to furnish information and help me soon.

Byjus Leaning Money is not refunded


I had purchased Contents for my kid from Byjus and did full online payment ( INR 50600 /-). I was delivered wrong content along with the tablet. I returned the product and received confirmation that my refund has been approved and will be deposited back to my account in 7-10 working days. It’s more that 3 weeks and I am still awaiting my money. I tried calling their customer support many times and all they do is give fake excuses every time and promise me to get call from their account team on new date which never happens. It’s really a shame that this sort of behavior is being done by the company who is operating in kids educational space and talks about value. I am really exploring now to file a case in consumer court for delay in refund and mental harassment.


It is regretted to mention here that I have received the PAN Card with my updated/corrected name, through Speed Post on 28.05.2018 but the name printed on attached PAN letter is incorrect. The website also shows incorrect name till date. Name before correction/INCORRECT NAME:- RAGHEWENDRA KUMAR CHAUDHARY Name after correction/CORRECT NAME:- RAGHWENDRA KUMAR CHAUDHARY
It is pertinent to mention here that I have applied online for correction in my name on my PAN card no. AKNPC5207A on 17.05.2018. Acknowledgement no. N-881052213266691. Kindly update my name on the website also immediately.
