Airtel DTH Package changed without consent or intimation and infact after reassuring the package would not change

Dear Sir,
I own an Airtel DTH connection. Primary connection plus secondary connection. My customer ID is 3021826830. My ongoing plan for secondary connection was one in which I was promised and was getting 64 HD channels under the Value sports prime channels on my secondary set top box. This was a lifetime package promised to me at the time of taking airtel connection and I was also getting the same regularly
But on 24th Jan I got from Mr Murtaza from Airtel offer promotion team. He said there was an annual plan available for my secondary connection.. If I pay Rs 2000 I will get 10 plus 2 months free for my 2nd box. I confirmed with him over and over, again and again that I would like to pay annually 2000 instead of Rs 200 monthly only and only if I get all the 64 HD as per my existing Value sports prime channels pack. He promised me and reassured that my plan would remain the same and I would get 64 HD channels for 1 year on my 2nd box if I pay Rs 2000 one time payment for 1 year.. Mr Murtaza had called me in the morning and later around 4 pm in evening on 24th Jan and @ both times he had reassured that my package would not change.. (Pls check our call recording on 24th Jan). However inspite of all the reassurances and promises my package change to freedom pack after I recharged with Rs 2000.
Since then I am constantly following up with airtel customer care to resolve the same. I spoke to various executives who checked and told me that they have taken up the task and my old package would be restored again. They also told me that Mr Murtaza had also sent an email for the said matter and they would be escalating it.. I remember speaking to Mr Prince who said my complain would be resolved in 48 hours. Finally Mr Prajwal from customer care told me to write an email to resolve the same..
My package has been changed without my consent and infact after promising me that it would happen. Kindly take immediate stern action and ensure that my old package is restored at the earliest

Bharat Gas Not receiving gas on time

This is the complaint regarding not receiving the gas on time. Asked so multiple time over the phone(08861533342) and every time distributor reply will deliver the gas today. I booked the gas via online and my booking reference number is 120181. Very bad service I facing from the last couple of months with this Vinayaka Gas Distributor. One another problem I am facing everytime delivery boy demanding the delivery charges 30 RS.

Dear honorary Administrator,

We are glad to have bopal talav & garden near in bopal. But we regret to inform that today the same beautiful talav or lake is in pathetic condition & found insane with no care taker. Talav & near by garden is also not maintained with cleanliness.
I believe the idea for having this garden must be that citizens of Bopal cherish this place with morning walks , children with outdoor games, youth for fitness but today the scenrio is Children ,youth ,senior citizens find Bopal talav a place unhygenic and stinking.
My humble request to kindly adhere to your responsibilities and make Bopal talav swach under swaachh abhiyaan asap.

Shri petrol pump opposite e square, ganeshkhind road, pune Cheated of petrol , when asked denied and gave wrong complaint number by manager

On 28th march 2018 at around 5 pm , I filled petrol of rs 100 in my wego. However the amount of petrol for the money paid was so low that , the petrol barwent up just by 1 stick, when i realised this i went back in like 5 minutes and complained about it to the dealer he refused of any such thing and even talked rudely that u should pay more attention. Also the manager of the station said that there is no such thing when i explained her about what happened. I asked her for complaint numbet . She gave me the wrong number.

my electrical uniqueservice number was 100342063 always 3 to 5 times daily power will cut off i given complaints 10 times if i ask AE number there are giving wrong numbers
so we need to know why you ppl dailly cut off power 3 to 5 times
so what action your dep will take to clear this problem
