Team Den one of your team approached me for a new connection, then after discussion, i finalized to take a connection from your network with a mutual agreed of Rs 393 Plan/month of 5 mbps upto 60 Gb, Accordingly i have made the payment of Rs 400 on 14 Apr 2018 in Paytm. and my connection was installed on next day. But after the one month when i tried to recharge the amount reflects is Rs 786. Which is almost double. When i tried to communicate with den broadband customer team they are not responding what a denied team DEN they are to not respond.So kindly provide me same plan of Rs 400 as agree in the starting.

Check and solve the problem ASAP.
