This complaint is regarding the lack of basic facilities on ERNAKULUM GUWAHATI EXPRESS.
I’m a passenger on the train and i have boarded the train from Bhubaneswar. Having witnessed the extremely pathetic conditions on the train I forbade myself from using the toilets on the train since morning!!! The toilets have not been cleaned ever since I have boarded (perhaps even much earlier!!) and there is no water!( Huge violation of basic human rights for a journey I have paid!) PLS FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS PATHETIC PROBLEM ASAP
Helo I booked ticket from Chennai to thrissur on 15/06/17 @train no 06037 Madras kollam super fast express on 15/06/27 as it is a super fast express they charged 465 rs normal ticket being 370 rs,,but the train delayed about more than 2 hrs ,,it’s not a irregular,,train always gets delayed ,from 01.30 hrs to 4 hrs delaying then why you are charging so much amount still the train delayed in arrival please register this complaint and do the needful.
The UTS wallet of Indian Railways could not be recharged with the e wallet option ‘ Paytm ". The option is there but as i proceed to payment there is no payment switch in case of e wallet payment . Instead, payment through net banking of some limited banks and payments through debit card option are visible. Therefore, payment could not be completed through e wallet. On line transaction through net banking and providing debit card no online is not safe now-a-days , especially on mobile. Therefore, e wallet payment mode is much acceptable and reliable.
Train no: 57657 and 57658 kazipata <=> manuguru . daily train.. Every day came delay by it’s destination minimum 3 hours per day. why it’s lated?..I asked one local railway employee .he said with me station masters are intentionally stoped for goods trains.they given 1st priority was given to goods trains.for that they always delayed by minimum 3 Hours per day.its actually returns timing is 18:30 bt it’s arrives 21:30,+ 1 hour more.its wasting of my time .I need to go very emergency.but unfortunately I’m struck in train because of railway employes. They are not responsible for their working rules.
So please take an necessary action upon the staff .who one is reason behind of train delay.
we have booked the activa on 10th june for the 11th june train from indore to aarah (bihar – before patna jn) but still not reached ,plz c what can be done or whom we should contact ,details of the receipt and tickets are attached. regards

Though the train under Mail Express category, all reserved coaches are fully occupied by pass holders i.e unreserved passengers . We can not board easily from Borivali in our coach. This is routine problem in this train and the Railway authority don’t take any action to solve the problem. Pass holders occupied all the seats and doing havok in the passage so we have to face lots of troubles up to Dahanuroad and sometimes up to Vapi
You are required to take strict action to stop traveling pass holders in reservation coaches asap.
We travelled in Weekly Coimbatore to Rameswaram train and we find no water availability in toilet.The Charging Stations for mobile was quite unsatisfactory with their results We could not operate the mobiles when they were charging.

I have lodged the TDR vide TDR number 100000877820160 on 18-06-2017 ,as the proper coach i.e second ac coach was not attached we had to travel in third Ac coach in train number 12427 Rewa- Annand Vihar express on 18/06/2017 refer the TDR number .
Please resolve the problem and refund my money back .
