My products are missing which I placed on 30th of June which was delivered on 6th of July actually I got receipt of blue jeans which costed 1300 rupees but product is missing and one blue t top there is no receipt and product which is prepaid I called them but they are saying they can’t help as it has been more than 5days
But I was not in the city on the day of delivery I just came back and checked but products are missing
I have placed a return request against my order on 8th December,18. Jabong team has not attempted any return pick up from any courier personnel. Despite of several reminders they had not entertained my request and subsequently declined the request without making any pick up attempt for the order which is under return request. Screenshot has been attached for sharing their false commitments to their customers.
placed an order on the date 22/11/18 the money went through which was Rs.3243. But I didn’t get order confirmation. I thought the money was stuck in the portal so waited for more than 7days for the return of my money but I didn’t get any message. So I contact the bank and ask them about the transaction. The concerned bank said the money have been accepted by the merchant and money have been debited from my account. I repeatedly emailed jabong and gave my bank statement as well in PDF format like they have asked . After 4 days I got a reply from them that the complain have been closed cuz there was a failed transaction and I have to talk to my bank. These guys are fraud and God forbids no one should face the same as me. I’m just a regular person and I don’t have the proper knowledge to fight these. All I have to do is complain and I hope someone will hear my voice. It’s been 22 days and no sign of refund . In case the money was stuck somewhere in the gateway it would have arrived by now . But my bank have clearly stated that the "merchant" have received the money so jabong is a big fat lier and fraud ripping money out of common people.

This is with reference to the Jabong Customer Complaint ID 67804714. I had ordered a product from Jabong online shopping portal placed on 15/08/2018 which was already paid by credit card.l received a message update on 19/08/2018 stating that the product has been received by me which was not the case. Immediately a complaint was lodged on the Jabong Customer Helpline on 19/08/2018. almost two weeks have passed by I have still not received the product and above all the product has been delivered to some other person who is continuously calling me to get the product collected from his/her residence.
Pathetic service and still no resolve from the customer care team.
I have placed a return request but nobody comes to the product .Such a bad thing .at the end of the day I get a message like it’s not been picked up .Please resolve the issue or shut ur company down if u cannot do these things
I placed an order on 6th June for 2 tops out of which one top, magenta washed shirt, could not be delivered hence it was cancelled by Jabong. As per the message received, refund of Rs. 735 was initiated on 17th June but i have not received it yet. Even on your website, status is marked as cancelled. In case the refund has been initiated, the status would have been ‘Refund Initiated’.
I am really disappointed with your services. Even the customer care executives are not willing to help out in this case. This was not what I expected.
Order Id 170702244035445 I ordered pink Steve madden shoes and got golden Steve madden shoes instead… I returned them… And now they r rejected in inspection… I returned them in the same condition… As soon as I received my parcel.. I saw the product was wrong and contacted jabong through email… Wats the prob with jabong.. Poor customer care…
Recently i purchased a shoe from Jabong E-commerce site. Shoe was marked 1500rs after 50% discount which is now MRP of shoe. As soon as i reached payment page , they charged GST of 18% & when i mailed them about it. They said we have policy that if discount more than 25% then we levy GST of 18% which is completely unethical. Please take necessary action on it.
