We purchased flat from ‘Mahima’ Group in Jagatpura, Jaipur in Apr-2017. We took 90% loan for this. From the first day there was seepage problem in all the walls adjacent to bathroom (2 bathrooms), also noticeable cracks in some walls. We complaint to the builder, they checked it, done some grouting work in the bathroom but problem was not resolved. We were continuously complaining about our problems but nothing happened. Many people came to our house, sometimes manager, sometimes plumber, sometimes electrician etc. but nothing happened. They were coming any time of the day, taking pictures and gone. Our problem was not resolved.
Finally we stopped the payment for ‘maintenance’. In the month of Nov-17 the manager asked us to start the payment & in turn they will start our work. We didn’t want to pull this matter so we gave the cheque in Nov-17 and cont. to Dec-17 & Jan-18. But they didn’t start our work. They blocked our sever anyhow in Feb-18. We again complained to manager regarding this and ask to send any sweeper but he clearly refused for it. Me & my husband both cleaned our sever chamber with our hands. Now, they ordered the sweeper not to collect the garbage from our house. So we again stopped the payment in Feb-18. Till then the ‘society’ was not crated.
Our bathroom flush-tanks were blocked due to hard water. Some light switches were not working. Earthing work was pending. Points given for DTH cable was not working. But they didn’t give any service like electrician, plumber, sweeper, nothing to us. 2 times somebody stole petrol from our bike in the night due to which in the morning my child was standing in the mid-way to school. As this colony is still developing so school, market everything is very far. In this matter we complained to MR VIKAS JOSHI (General Manager of MAHIMA GROUP) on phone and he asked me that I am doing “OCHHI HARAKAT” and send his advocate Mr. Ram Singh to threaten us. In this matter we went to head office of Mahima Group, Crystal Court, Jaipur to meet Mr. Dhirendra Madan, CMD. I waited there for more than 3 hours and the staff was trying to get out from there. When they failed, Mr. Madan called me but refused to listen my request. I always requested them to do our work then we will pay the mai! ntenance.
Now, on 28.09.2018 when my husband was coming to home, the guards at the society gate refused to open the gate as they were directed by the society manager not to open the gate for us. My husband stopped the bike and opened the gate.
On 29.09.2018 morning they stopped our water supply. Since then we are without water. We are purchasing drinking water but for daily use we don’t have.
Sir, I am a handicap lady, having POLIO IN BOTH THE LEGS. The manager and their ‘Gunda” are torturing us from the first day. They are doing ‘DUSHMANI’ to us. They talk abuse and fake for me and my family to society members and residents. I and my family are very much afraid from them. They are very rich and they can do anything to us. I am handicap so they want to snatch money and having eye my property. Please help.

Sir, i had been sanctioned a housing loan of Rs 26.4 Lac in december 2017 by lichfl vide their loan account number ############ under PMAY scheme. After passing of more than eight months, their is no respose from LICHFL and no update of pmay subsidy from any agency even i wasn’t provided any track/assessment id for PMAY subsidy. I have already contacted Mr Jhalani Area Manager of LICHFL, Vaisali Nagar, Jaipur Branch, but there was no fruitful response from him also. That Rajasthan Housing Board floated scheme for providing Flats in Indra Gandhi Nagar, Jagatpura, Jaipur in the name of Self Financing Scheme year 2012 (II) and invited applications on 14.12.2012 and last date of submission of application under the scheme was 21.01.2013 in the scheme 360 flats were floated in MIG-B Scheme. In the Scheme flat area was shown as 1451.16 sq. feet (Super built up) and estimated cost was shown for Rs. 29.60 Lacs. That myself under the bonafide belief that flat will be provided under the scheme within reasonable time and cost will be about 30 lacs only, I submitted application within time along with requisite payment of Rs. 2,96,000/-. After depositing the registration amount , Rajasthan Housing Board issued reservation letter vide letter no. 7713 dt. 09/12/2013 and given schedule for payment and accordingly I deposited the entire amount (with service tax at the prevailing rate) as per schedule provided in reservation letter dated 09/12/2013 a! nd deposited the amount after taking loan from the Union Bank of India.
That vide allotment letter No. 7044 dated 24.03.2017 under the signature of Estate Manager, Rajasthan Housing Board, JC-III, Jaipur allotment in relation to the Flat No. 8/MB/B-2/708 (7th Floor) and Parking No. B2/SP-70 in Indra Gandhi Nagar, Self-Finance Scheme, Jaipur was issued and raised additional demand of Rs. 7,68,300/-. In addition to it a demand was also raised for Rs. 1,44,900/- as maintenance charge and amount of Rs. 70,721/- was demanded for 1 time lease money. The demand which have been raised by the Rajasthan Housing Board is not only arbitrary but same has been raised unilaterally, malafidely and excessive demand which is liable to be reduced and set aside. That the construction cost which have been charged for the above mentioned flat is @ Rs. 2034/-per sq. feet while from other allotees in the same time have charged construction cost @ Rs. 1640/- per sq. feet which have been charged from other allottes in Saryu Apartment of Housing Board Scheme which is at!
better place as such the construction cost is required to be reduced to Rs. 1640 per sq. feet in place of Rs.2034/- per sq. feet.
That at the time of booking of flat total cost was shows as Rs. 29.60 lacs and now the cost have been increased which is more than 33% which is very excessive and same have been increased unilaterally as such same is required to reduced.
That the service tax which was applicable in the Allotment was 3.09% upto 30.05.2015, 3.50% from 01.06.2015 to 14.11.2015, 3.625% from 15.11.2015 to 31/05/2016 and now the service tax is @ 3.75 % only from 01.06.2016 till now. But, by way of demand letter dated 24.03.2017 service tax have been calculated @ 4.50% on the entire amount (which is to be levied on difference payable amount and that too @3.75%) which is not only illegal and arbitrary and same is liable to be reduced.
That I booked the flat in January, 2013 and the persons who have booked the flat in April, 2013 in similar Scheme of Saryu Apartment were given possession of the flat in May, 2016 while I have booked the flat prior to the same have not been given possession even till today which has caused delay and the Rajasthan Housing Board is liable to pay interest on delay, It may also be noted that I have deposited the entire amount after taking loan from Union Bank of India.
That as per the scheme and present Apartment Rules applicable in Rajasthan amount cannot be charged for reservation/ allotment of parking while the amount of Rs. 1,67,795/- plus service tax have been charged from me which is also not leviable.
That in view of the above noted facts the demand which have been raised vide allotment letter dated 24.03.2017 is liable to be reduced as aforementioned.

I have a paper of ldc on 19 august 2018, but rsmasb official site is not working since last 3 days. Due to this I am facing a big problem in downloading admit card for my paper. Police constable took the bribe of rs 200 for police verification but his actual demand was more and we could not fullfill his demand then he marked the comment in verification that applicant is living in Jhajjar since 5 years which is totally wrong, I am just doing job there.
Thats why passport office send me so called notice for wrong information sharing with them and request me to submit fresh application again.
When we shared the whole story with that police constable then he replyed that again he will put the same comment if inquiry happed again and return our 200 rs back by saying that do whatever you want.
Sir. This is totally mental harassment case and unnecessarily I am suffering even after submitting all permanent residential proofs in to police choki Sankhu fort, thana hamirwas.
Sir I am expecting strong action against that constable for his unethical behaviour and my mental harassment only just his self interest.
I can provide you all evidence which i have available of in this matter.
