Jio Recharge Failed

I had made a payment of Rs. 349/- to Bill desk through net banking (ICICI) to recharge my Jio mobile number on 11th October 2018 at 06:47 PM. The said amount has been deducted from my account but I have not yet received a confirmation message from Jio.

Jio WIFI didn't have signal

I have porchased Jio wifi card on 08 Sep 2018. Since then I have faced network connectivity issue. There is no network in my area. I have lodged complaint regarding the same (Appellate complaint has been raised with service request number SR00000Q7SFE). I got an email that I have to wait for 120 days to resolve the issue. Since I am not able to use the daily data. My data has been lapsed and company is not providing the roll over. Could you please look into this

Jio Internet speed is very poor. It's even slower than 2g

I and many others in this area are using jio sim. We are facing a serious problem regarding the poor speed of internet. It’s even slower than 2g.
I have tried to file this complaint thrice just bcoz of its extremely slow speed. The company has completed approximately 2 years and still such problems persist. All this is leading us to loose the confidence in the company. Many has changed their network because there data pack becomes a waste. Please take some corrective actions as soon as possible.

Jio network not available

sir,this is Rajyavardhan singh from gudha, sir my village located at chittorgarh district tehsil bhadesar near bhadsora,
we are facingh very big problem of jio network,we cant have good network because of no nearby jio internet and also bad quality of voice calling..we pay recharge amount but can not get services properly,,its our hummble request that please solve this problem thanks
