This is to inform that the delay in MBA (2016-2018)regular 3rd semester exams creating a lot of difficulties.
By August 2018 the two year MBA course is supposed to be finished, but unfortunately even the 3rd sem exam notifications are not yet published.
The delay in every thing, whether it is publishing of results or conducting of exams., it has become a recent trend.
I request the concerned authorities not to put the students’ future in uncertainty and take immediate action to the subject matter.

Asianet broadband have serious network issue . Every day after 11 AM network will braked .
Now network not available from 17-04-18 noon . Already registered in their customer care support . And i ask updation about that several times .
But unfortunately i don’t get positive response from them .
While applying for IMSc course online with university of hyderabad, payment was failure. I tried to do it again in net banking and the second time also it ended up in failure. In total Rs 1123.60 (561.8*2) was deducted from my bank account. Third time I did the payment using credit card and it was successful. Please credit the failed payment amount to my account with out delay. The details are as below:

On 31st March Rs.1853/= transferred online thru Fednet from my account with Federal Bank Ltd. West Nadakkave branch for recharging my Dish TV subscription. I have used www.dishtv.in to recharge & the option on the site " instant recharge". Though I got the message that transaction failed amount was debited by the bank immediately. Waited for the refund but never came till today. Aggregator IBIBO Pvt limited confirmed the transaction was successful and the amount has been credited to the intended beneficiary/ merchant. Fednet is still trying to find out from IBIBO to which account the amount has been credited but I haven’t heard anything from both Federal Bank service desk and the aggregator IBIBO. I must know where my money has disappeared. DishTV continue to say that they haven’t received the amount.

In October 2017 again I logged a service request no. 0100987828 for reinstallation. It again did not get resolved.
On 16th April 2018, I once again logged a service request 01024533371 for re-installation. I have been following up with your customer care since 16th April but its has not yet got resolved.
No person has called back or even called to find out if the services have been completed or not. What is your company’s turn around time for a service request. And how come you internally did not do anything finding that you have a service request pending from 6 months?

I brought Samsung Double Door Refrigerator (Model No.RT3135 TNBBL) on 09-Aug-2012 from Kuruvithadam Agencies pvt ltd., Muvattupuzha, Kerala, costing Rs. 26300/- and it got cooling problem and the leakage of water from the top of the freezer unit to the the bottom and to the floor. I logged a call No.4254919137 on 13.02.2018. But they are not coming. i tried many times and ask them to rectify the problem, but the service engineer not come. They tell me they will provide service engineer and he will call to my number. But the next day, the service request is cancelled automatically. And again i call to the customer service and they tell me the same repeating but the service engineer is not come. Early when i had call Samsung customer care service, they provide Authorised Service Engineer from Ernakulam for services five times came from Samsung and repair five times and we paid Rs. 400/- towards each services. But the problem is not rectified. I think the Authorised Service E!
ngineer from Ernakualm is not a good engineer. He didn’t know anything. He didn’t know what the problem was. We lost so many moneys for the servicing charges. Please provide a good talented service engineer to rectifying the repair. Now the service engineer has not come for rectifying the problem when i was logged a call No.4254919137.
Now my refrigerator not cooling and the leakage of water from the top of the freezer unit to the the bottom and to the floor. when is my problem rectify permanently.
It is extremely bad experience from your Ernakulam (Kochi), Samsung Service Center
I might loose the trust on Samsung. Please take care of your Customer because they are the only reason of your Goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any Customer.
