IRCTC Ticket not booked but money deducted from bank account

I was trying to book Tatkal ticket on 06/05/2018 through IRCTC app. My account got debited but the ticket was not booked. It got automatically signed off from the app. Then i booked the ticket again through IRCTC website and got the ticket. But the amount that was debited first is not yet reversed. In my failed transaction history, there are two transactions for the same since it was during tatkal timings, there was server error continuously and i tried many times. Both the transaction details are given below:

Redbus failure of recharge on mobile data of my mobile no. 9400081966 through redbus app

Sir,
I have recharged my mobile data on 19/03/2018 through redbus app for rs.1498.I have received message from redbus that recharge is successful and Rs.1498 is debited from my bank account.

But recharge was a failure and i haven’t received rs.1498 to my bank account till now. Again on 26/03/2018, mobile data recharged for rs.1498, as per the advice of customer care personnel and using now.Screen shots attached for your ready reference.

sbi pay Online recharge not successful , butt SBI account debited

I recharge my BSNL prepaid by 186 on 30-05-2018 via SBI pay online application . then I revived a message from SBI (Dear SBI UPI User, your account is debited INR 186.0 on Date 2018-05-30 08:12:55 PM by UPI Ref No ############.Download YONO @ www.yonosbi.com) then I received another message from SBI (Dear Customer, Unfortunately Recharge of Rs.186 for 9020570033 failed. We will send SMS/Email with refund details shortly.) Then I waiting 8 days for refund my SBI account butt not responds bank

MG UNIVERSITY Not Proper Work & Response from Mgu Kottayam

Hi,
Last month I visited MGU kottayam, I gave the request for Official Transcript for my wife who studied in MGU along with WES form, Payment receipt and all other educational documents which is required. The collected the Documents without any acknowledgement receipt. They are not letting stand anyone in their office though no one is available except me. They gave a landline which was working the moment they provided. They asked me to leave saying that we will receive the Transcript within 4 weeks, mean while we can contact them to know abt the status of transcript contacting through landline no which they priovided. The very next week I called them to check the status the line dead. From that day to till now I am calling everyday to that no. No one is taking the call only thing I can hear the phone ringing. Even I tried to reach by other no which is available in MGU website. The people are mis guiding each and every time. For a common man is it really easy to travel 700km to!
collect the document. And the compare to all other universities this is the only place where they are charging more and its a GOVT University. They are letting us to pay them but we don’t get what we need. The complaint is not only abt me. Its abt everyone. MGU have no Idea what they are doing. I don’t think this msg will reach or even if it reach they will react for this. This is the place where we can cry and speak abt response of Mgu. The main thing because of this Mgu our Immigration process is getting delay.

KERALA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD negligence in attending no power complaint

Made an online complaint with Kerala State Electricity Board on 30-05-2018 with regard to no power supply for Consumer number 1156521001124. The complaint registration ID is 13112186687 dated 30-05-2018. This is a paid electricity connection to a three phase motor for pumping water to paddy field for irrigation. We find it difficult to start agricultural activities due to non-cooperation of the KSEB. Please do the needful.
