L90 Mobile Servicing Complaint

Sir,
I am an LG user having an LG K10 Plus phone and LG Automatic Washing Machine. I was using an LG L90 Mobile phone for the past four years and it had a complaint for the touch buttons which I had given for servicing at the LG Service Centre, Pathadipalam, Edappally, Ernakulam, they said that it would cost Rs.2100 for replacing the touch screens. I had paid the amount and that complaint was redressed. After two weeks the L90 Mobile have been showing "Emergency Calls only", which I thought would be the complaint of the BSNL SIM CARD and I replaced the sim card. But then also the "Emergency Calls only" have been showing in that phone. Again I went to the service centre at Pathadippalam, Edappally and they had done something and said now it has no problem. But when I came back home the same thing is seen-"Emergency Calls only", and further the speech was not working properly, then after two days I went back to the service centre at Pathadippalam and!
they have told to change the PC. Then I told them that I don’t want the set back. I want that 2100 rupees refunded or change the PC for free service and clear the complaint. This proposal was avoided by the people at service centre at Pathadippalam, Edappally.
My faith and loyalty towards LG products will be there only if I get the complaint cleared. I kindly request you to do the same.
