Lenovo k8 Note I didn't get my cashback since 1 year from Amazon

Hi my name is Yogesh Wankhede from jalgaon,Maharashtra.i have buyed "Lenovo K8 Note" mobile phone in October 2017 on "Amazon App".when I booked my phone on Amazon Diwali sale is going on And if you pay bill through SBI card get 10% cashback on product but product cashback credited on January 2018. so I will complete the transaction of my mobile using my SBI card and get message & email from Amazon and said your eligible for cashback.after in January I check my SBI card account statement i show no amount cashback credited to my account.so Will complained amazon about my cashback they said your cashback credited soon but one year later they said in official your not eligible for cashback.
please help me Amazon harrasing me from 1 yr for just 1200rs cashback.please call me My no :- 9607308560 &

Lenovo k8 Note Speaker Complaint, Phone has got warranty

My phone still got warranty, its speaker stopped working all of a sudden, with no physical damage to the device. the lenovo authorised service centre representatives said that it cant be made allright or that it cannot be fixed. It is a problem with the device only not caused by me. I’m so dissapointed with the product and services provided.
I belong to the normal strata of the society and I bought this phone with my savings and it’s of no use now. I need value for my money.

Either help me to fix my phone as it has warranty, or replace my phone with a new one. I am going to file a complaint to the consumer court even.
