Sub: Premium is not being swapped through ECS of my Policy No. 197837293 from PNB a/c.2246000100963061 Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I m a genuine LIC customer and paying my installments on time from last six years. I have LIC Policy No. 197837293 which commenced on 12/08/2010. Uptill the last year, 15th July’16, the premium amt of Rs.2042 was swapped from my PNB a/c no. 2246000100963061. But from 15th Aug.’16 the amt. stopped deducting. Due to which I faced a lot of problems. I rectified everything at the branch office at Ambedkar Circle on 20/02/17 by paying unnecessary penalty of Rs. 252.75. Whereas I was not at fault anywhere. It was totally LIC’s fault.
Last but not the least, again this month ie. 15/03/17 the premium amt. was not deducted even after having enough balance in the a/c as always.
I went to the branch office AGAIN on 29.3.2017 and did all the formalities again, and still I had to pay the penalty even this time. I had raised many complaints, yet nothing happen.
Kindly do the needful. Herewith attaching pass book copy, LIC copy and Updation Form. PFA
