LIC OF INDIA Unable to receive maturity amount of policy no.524019546 & 524015842

Dear Sir,

My following Policy

1. Policy No. 524019546 dt 30/01/2008
Policy holder Name – Shampu , DOB 31/08/1999
Policy Maturity dt. – 30/01/2018

2. Policy No. 524015842 dt 26/03/2008
Policy holder Name – Shanu , DOB 21/08/1196
Policy Maturity dt. – 26/03/2018.

Both the policy was taken in Khagaria (Bihar). by childhood name. Now the policy holder name changed to Kumar Prayank & Kumar Srijai.

Kindly give the procedure to avail the policy maturity amount.

LIC OF INDIA Refused to pay policy maturity value in full

My wife PAROO BISHNOI age 65 yrs,sr citizen had purchased a market plus insurance policy (table181) on 11-10-2006 and matured for ₹ 305000 on 11-10-2017. LIC didn’t intimate us of its maturity and options tobe exercised. However I deposited bankdetails with cancelled crossed cheque, policy document. It didn’t pay us maturity value of policy. Then I approached with request to pay then it paid 1/3rd of its value of ₹305000. Rest of value retained citing condition of pension which was not disclosed at the time of proposal form signed, nor we were informed by LIC . I submitted to LIC that my wife need treatment of disease from which she has been suffering and hence full payment needed. It rejected showing us their own list of diseases under which LIC gives 70% of value. I argued that it is not part of policy and list of diseases is prepared favouring LIC and customer interests is completely ignored, voileted. It is a monopoly practice of LIC to confiscate hard save!
d money of customers, lacking service quality, refuse to customers woes, poor redressal of complaints. I will really appreciate if you can help in getting our policy value in full.

LIC OF INDIA New LIC Portal may be an idea to kill LIC

Dear Sir or Madam,

We consider a big mafia is working to kill LIC based on the present update of LIC portal and not able to pay premium for last 3 months.
Every time I get a message, ‘Unable to connect to the network, please try again later.’!!!!!
This is to help some private parties.

Please inquire the background of this update.

Dear Concerned,

a). Every year there are about 7000/- pension amount is credited from LIC on my SBI account ( No 30008293960). This is year fund has sent to bank as per LIC but not yet credited .why I don’t have any information.
Mr Paramanik was contacted to know the facts . As per him it has been deposited to bank . when I had told him that fund has not been transferred he said it is not my responsibility. Not even provided the details to us. So that I can talk to LIC.
