LLOYD SPLIT AC / CUSTOMER CARE 1.5 ton split A/C not cooling

I had purchased Lloyd 1.5ton split A/C on 13/03/2019,since that time room is not getting cooled.I have made repeated complaints to
to your customer care cell, I have also spoken to some of your executives like Mr.Gautam[Chennai],Mr. Surya,Mr.Raju etc,all of them
felt sorry for the inconvinence caused but none of the people from your company have visited us to set right the complaint.I think
that the problem lies in your interior unit,which I request you to replace immediately.I am 70 years old and I am not in a position to
go round all your executives,and request them for rectifying/replacing the unit.If no one attends to my complaint by tomorrow, I will be constrained to take different course of action including legal remedy. model no.Ls19B22FI

My ac not working I have loved complain earlier but no one came kindly look into the matter only

I am call customer care and rajistaed complain no. LEEL21041736256 but not any company Representative or engineer contect me.

LLOYD SPLIT AC / CUSTOMER CARE very rude behaviour of technician and till 30 days he cant solve the problem

i am chandan from sikar district rajasthan . before 2 months my ac is not working properly .so i registered complaint after 8 to
10 days a persons comes and said the compressor is not working properly so we have to change it . the compressor is free of cost because it will be of 5 year warranty . but they charged me 2650 rs as gas charge . i paid them but by technician mistake till now it dont works properly after that they charged me 1000rs . and then also it don’t works properly they are saying we will come tommarrow ,today,after 2 days till two weeks. so kindly request you to please sought out my problem.



Most pathetic company i hve ever come across. They are cheats. Its been more than two years I am facing water draining problem from a/c internal unit but these guys come take 1000 bucks from us everytime saying it’s repaired. I will Sue you people. Our torture started the day we bought this brand a/c. You people should learn from LG I have been using their products from 10 years. There was not even a single day I faced any problem. Most disgusted brand. My biggest mistake I bought ur product. CHEATS….CHEATS….CHEATS

This is with the reference of my LLoyd Window AC, which has been purchased on June 2017 and since its installation I am facing problems, its PCB, . I had registered complaints to your office 2 or 3 times and almost 2 times engineer visited my place but no solution. I had word with Mr Govind Narayan Mishra (Area Service Manager – 9918653053) but he is not also responding well to this problem. & Mr. Pankaj Agrawal ( UP Head – 8588857810) he is also not not pick call. I guess there are bunch useless and inefficient employees of LLoyd doesn’t want to work.
I am facing the problem 1 month so far, this monthr is so painful because of LLoyd AC.
Shall looking forward for immediate action against my complaint
