Kotak Mahindra Bank Transaction Reverse

My bank (KOTAK) account went in minus because of refund transaction reverse to merchant.( Rs. 15000)
This situation discussion with customers care executive on 4nov.18 and 6nov. And end result from customers care all amount will refund till 15days ,today is completely 15days ,till date not get any refund, this scenario discuss again with customer care executive his and her said we have not record that you had called to customer care on 6nov 2018 and we was not said that you get refund till 15days.
But I have proof that I was talked with customer care executive on 6 Nov which is my call history and talked with customers care two times at least 13min. So pls action on this matter who is responsible pls
