Laser hair reduction
At Kaya skin clinic, Nagpur where I am undergoing laser hair reduction treatment, one of the staff members started with the wrong procedure for my facial hair and has screwed up with the hairline which now looks ugly and making me embarrassed and concious about it. I had complained about these issues over there but all in vain. They do not bother and not being helpful at all. I would advise everyone to think twice before trusting these people.

I want to raise a complaint on Vodafone. Since last 9 month I am facing huge inconvenience. They have charged me unnecessary charges (I have only 100 Rs rental) for the add-ons wrongly activated on my number.
Whenever I talked with their executives they have provided wrong information. based on that information I have activated roaming plans. Now they have billed me unnecessary charges. Also I have requested many times to deactivate all extra plans on my number but they have not considered my request.
When I requested them to investigate this issue, then Vodafone transfer this case to their lawyer. My monthly rental is Rs100 and most of the time they billed me unnecessary charges over and above my monthly rental. Sometimes Vodafone offer for free internet service and then billed for it afterwards.
I faced huge inconvenience from Vodafone since November, 2017 by receiving false information about plan, false disclosure of their service, non-consideration of customer request and wrong billing on customer. These Companies are big and have huge monitory power and machinery support. These Companies charging wrong bill on customer and the by using their machineries create pressure on customer to pay that money.
I have made the payment of Rs3,800 forcefully because of from legal letter from High Court Lower. This is the clear bleach of consumer right. We are the common people and we cannot go to the High Court. They are using their power for their undue interest which is not prejudice to the public interest.
I have last hope from you to save the consumer right. Please start investigation of this issue for the recorded line (9920225672) and registered mail id Communications ([email protected]). Please give instruction to Vodafone to share all these details to you.Please charge huge penalty on Vodafone because these Companies creating huge suspense reserve by creating false billing.

I am yadwendra ray, I ported my number 8130735707 Idea post paid to Airtel Prepaid. Idea has successfully port to Airtel. Idea has closed my account and sim. But My Airtel sim is still not working, Anybody is not helping me. I have many times talk with customer care and wrote mail but they are also not resolve my issue. I also wrote mail to Airtel nodal officer. Nodal officer suggested for visiting Airtel store.
As per suggestions, i visited my nearest Airtel store " Mata chawok, Mahipalpur, New Delhi- 110037" since 14/04/2018, time 3 O’clock evening. There was meet to Mr. Mukesh Kumar of Airtel store employee and I told him my problem. Mr. Mukesh told me, " you go other Airtel store". I asked to him, "Why and Why are you not helping me?"
Mr. Mukesh replied to me, " You are mad, abe tujhe samjh nahi aati kya, chal nikal yaha se, ek nahi 100 bar bolta hoon tera help nahi karonga, ja kisi se bol de, mera koi kuchh nahi karpayenga and mera name bhi likh le, agar company ke CEO bhi bole to bhi nahi tera help karonga".
Mr. Mukesh was using abuse language. And he was scolding to me and he told me, Get out from here.
Can i ask to you? Is this your training and is this your best customer service provider?
I don’t know that what will be action against him but i will definitely go to consumer court against Airtel and Airtel employee.

I had purchased videocon TV 55 inch smart UHD on 5th oct 2017 vide invoice no1579006323. The day when the Techinican installed the tv at my home within an hour picture tube was gone. I raised a complaint then and service centre guy came an took the TV for repair and returned after few days.After repairing I didn’t notice some cloud type was formed inside the picture tube. I thought some sort of dust which is not inside the tube. I didn’t remove the plastic cover yet from the TV which is sticked. Only when I removed to check I noticed the cloud which is formed is actually inside the picture tube . I had to raise a complain again on 24th March and the same day a technician visited and told me that they will take the tv to service centre. After that I didn’t receive any call neither any came to take the tv. I started calling customer service thrice, I spoke to Jegadish on 14th March he promised me within 24 i will receive a call but I didn’t get any call. After 24hrs !
i called up and this time I spoke to Ms.Jasoda she replied me that I have to take the tv to service centre or I have to pay them the transportation charges. Why should I pay ? It’s the responsibility of videocon to fix this problem. After purchasing ur product we had suffered and now pay the charges ? If this is not fixed in next 2 days by 17th March I will go to consumer court and file case against videocon.
We have been cheated with the subject company for Rs 100000/- .We had made a payment of Rs 1 lac towards 5 years comprehensive holiday package which was offered by the company "PIONEER GLOBAL SERVICES"registered at Office no 301,3 rd floor Venkat Ramana Colony,Anand Nagar ,Khairtabad, Hyderabad-500004.,Telangana ,India and local office address at Mumbai Address as : 40/44 Wing, 4th Floor, Dheeraj Heritage, Milan Subway, S.V Rd, Santacruz (W), Mumbai. through their representatives Mr. Sohail Mulla who was the venue Manager & Mr. Karan Sharma(Take Over Manager) at a meeting conducted by them to sell the package at one of the venue(hotel) in Mumbai.
I took the membership duly making a payment of Rs 1 lac upfront through my credit card and membership purchase agreement was signed by me and my spouse which was countersigned by company representative on 27.05.2017.
I bring to your kind notice that despite my continuous followup the company has not offered me any service whatsoever in any form like arranging Gym membership free for 5 years through Power House Gym ,Mumbai chain nor providing any other passes or access to periodic celebrations/ events/summer camps in Mumbai as promised during the course of our meetings with the company executives.
The company is making excuses on asking for booking for hotel accomodation as stated in their agreement and hence we are left with no other option but to file complaint against the company and its wrongdoings.I have come across many such victims who has expressed their sufferings on this forum.
Hence we request you to kindly help us in getting the amount refunded from this bogus company and alert others to desist from the same.

There are plenty of issues pertaining to the encroachment of stray animals in our compound. Primarily is the hygiene concern which is deteriorating because of stray animals like cats, dogs and chickens. They have caused harassment to the people residing.
