TMT THANE BUS pathetic management of TMT Bus 112

Hope if someone really checks and addresses these complaints..
I don’t know why TMT employees sitting in office at Thane west station (Next time with names will be escalated) laughs at public when all travelers complains them about pathetic management.
This is specifically about bus 112 Thane stn to Lodha complex. hardly 2-3 buses of 112 runs time in whole day other are even skipped or parked at Lodha road side to skip 2-3 journey.
I guess 112 runs on mood of driver and cleaner and not by TMT.. shamefull.. also half of 112 buses don’t have display board due to which I my self have seen 2 senior citizens falling running behind the bus about the route… many afternoon and evening 112 buses are skipped as per time table daily..

RTO – Pimpri Chinchwad Vehicle registration not done after 50 days

My dealer (TVS Sai baba HInjewadi) has paid the RTO fees on 31 March 2017. I have made payment on 11 March but late payment made by dealer. After waiting almost 50 days still I haven’t received the registration number. The reason behind is unknown. But dealer told me BSIII vehicles are to be passed first and mine is BSIV. My friends who bought BSIII vehicles on 31th march got their number 15 days back but still I havent got any registration details. Chassis no.: MD626EG44H1B22133, Jupiter BSIV

Dear Sir,
I have been travelling from Vasai Road (Residence) to my work place to Andheri in First Class. I have noticed that many Second Class passengers enter the First class compartment and cause a crowd. I have never seen a Ticket collector enter the First class for checking.Also I have noticed that many Ladies also get into the First Class compartment. Query here is that if there is a seperate compartment for Ladies First Class, why doesnt the Ticket Collector inform them not to use Mens First Class.
Also there are very few trains from Andheri to Virar during the Peak timings between 1920 to 2025. Please review these complaints and awaiting your advise.

app daily No response and not even received claim amount

I had taken app daily insurance when i purchased the samsung A8 mobile.later on my phone screen got damaged.i was raised claim for my damaged mobile on 25 feb 2017. Then almost after a 2 months; they returned my unrepaired phone mentioning that they don’t have parts for that perticular model.They have even mentioned in the letter that they will reimburse the amount once i submit the bill of my repaired phone. Now i have submitted all the necessary documents on their mail id mentioned in letter. But still i didn’t get any reply. Terrific experience with app daily..

airtel ltd Data Theft

Airtel – The biggest and Innovative frauds I have ever seen in my life.
I was about to raise a consumer complaint regarding my billing issue 2 years back but I didn’t after they gave some offers.
Now, I have planned to switch to other network as Airtel was not providing any good offers. So I gave port out request, then they called me and gave me retention offers, I have accepted for that offer and they changed my plan. From that day I was not able access the internet without any interruption. Frequently it disconnects while using Facebook, Whatsapp, YouTube and Hot Star or any applications and surfing in safari browser. I am using iPhone 6s 64 GB, I have escalated this issue many times to Airtel Customer Support, Appellate Authority and Nodal Officers, I have raised my first complaint on 7th March 2017, till now they didn’t provide me any resolution for this issue but they closed many complaints as resolved without informing me and I called them again to raise the complaint again and asked them not to close it until I get the resolution. They asked me to change the sim card, I have changed it. They asked me to take network survey. I have given permission to ta!
ke the survey but they closed two complaints stating that denied permission. finally they came for network survey, then it was little bit fine on that day but I asked them not close the complaint as I want to observe for two days but they closed complaint. Still I am facing this issue, again escalated the issue, they asked me to try the sim card with other phone, today I have tried that with an android phone also, I faced the same issue while watching a video or using an app it got interrupted but I get the signal as 4G/3G same as in my phone.
I am totally frustrated and Airtel made my life worse by giving false promises. I am completely stressed out because of the poor service. They say am platinum customer but I didn’t get any service like that. I have paid too much as my billing to Airtel but still I get the poor service. I have used their prepaid and broadband connections too. I liked the Airtel service before Jio launch. After that Airtel started doing frauds in customer’s data usage, they give you as offer and they reduce the speed of it but still they say its 4G or they will use methods like interrupting the service so that he has to refresh and use more data and he will buy more data as it is used twice for single browsing.
I kindly request you to take necessary action on Airtel Ltd. or please suggest me the complete procedure to file a case against them in consumer court and I need compensation for stressing me by giving false promises for past 2 months from Airtel Ltd.

KSRTC Unnecessary pick ups on the way

2. The bus is stopped wherever the driver/ conductor feels like on the way. Undue delay is taking place in negotiating with the passengers who have not booked the tickets and who have been issued tickets after getting into the bus.
Request you to stop this racket by the drivers and conductors.
