i had also booked row house at satyanagar biosar in 2010 which is still under construction.in Dec-2018 …They have committed number of promises and number of dates given to me but still situation same while booked…Called them various times & had visited the site but still no changes in my construction house. Mr. Aman has eaten the money and he is not interested in project delivery. This is our hard earned money on which this man is enjoying like other bank defaulter who has taken loans from bank and are in no interest of returning that money.
I want to cancel this deal and Aman should pay back the entire amount deposited with him along with interest and additional INR 25 lacs for mental agony & loss of time in following up his team & criminal proceeding should be initiated against him.
Continous sound drilling and hammering at sector 35 G. Besides Mahavir heritage from morning 0900 to 2200 continously creating irritation. Kindly look in to the matter. Its a Sunday and it all went in avoiding noise by keeping all windows closed.. The time frame is not present for drilling work.

My name is Abhijit Vichare and I am the active user of Videocon D2h. My consumer number is 102113838. For the last few months, I have started facing a problem with the set top box provided by Videocon. I have a Platinum HD subscription plan active on my device and many channels out of the list of 527 are not working. Every time when I switch on any channel ‘Signal Not Available’ message displays with three blue signal dots.
I raised this complaint twice with Videocon customer care and both the time the technician was sent to resolve the issue. My STB has been changed once and they charged me with the service charges of Rs. 200 plus set-top box price. Now, this is the third time, after repairing my STB twice, that I started facing the same issue.
I am completely fed up of this service of Videocon D2h and want to take serious action against them. I want all my money back that I have spent on repairing and paying for technicians. I will take all the necessary actions against Videocon d2h even if it means going to consumer court…
Kindly show me the way out of this.
Flush tank of common bathroom is damaged and leaking continuously since last two years. verbal complaints is done many times. Request to do needful.

My daughter paid Rs 72000/- on 26.1.2017 as membership fee and also additionally paid Rs. 7172/-on 12.5.2017 to Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Lt.((CCHHL). It was promised by Mr. Paras Sancheti, Aditya and Puja of CCHHL that the member and spouse will be given every year free holiday voucher for 7 days holidays for stay in hotels yearly for 5 years, and member will be given 40% discount on air fare charges. It was also promised by CCHHL that the member and spouse will get free tickets to new released movies. But all the promises were false promises as none of aforesaid benefit was given to the member. My daughter was utterly cheated and deceived by COUNTRY CLUB. Country Club made no response to honour the promises made. They now do not take and reply calls. We have gone to Police Station to register complaint. CCHHL replied that they will refund the amount but no refund wad made. We are compellled by CCHHL to run from pillar to post. Their behaviour is highly unethi!
cal. They lured us to take membership by way of fraud, misleading, coercion, misinterpretation and misrepresentation. We will post full details and complete particulars in next post which will follow soon. We shall use multiple forums available if our hard earned money is not refunded by COUNTRY CLUB soon.
Please take neccessary action to bring our grievance to more and more forums and people by media and circulation so that CONTRY CLUB MAY BE compelled to stop looting, cheating and deceiving innocent people.

I am a vodafone subscriber. I was enjoying a life time validity on my number 9820795694. Recently Vodafone is sending its subscribers via sms that the plan has been changed. Similarly I also received a message on 30.11.2018 regarding the chsnge of plan w.e.f. 23.10.2018 without any further details. It did not elaborate on the validity being reduced to 12.12 2018 instead of life time validity. On Friday 7.12.18 again I received a message implying that the outgoing services will be discontinued from 11.12.18. I want to know as to how did the validity of my number reduce drastically. Is the operator being allowed to change the plans and validity of its subscribers without informing them??? This is a pure loot from the operator. Please help.
Please teach some very basic Ethics and Morality to your customers service representatives, they are totally illiterate, just doing work as they want no matter what customers urgency, demanding and expecting or requesting.

I orderd medicines at 29th Nov from Banglore to my hometown Uttar pradesh(Nighasan, District – Lakhimpur Kheri). Packet reached in Nighasan at 30th Nov in noon, I received an email as well as message on my registered mobile number, I expected medicine will deliver on time because this medicine was critical for my ailing mother, she is Asthmatic patient.
I called him(EcomExpress) center at 30th Nov, didn’t received my call, after sometime again I called him, than he accept my call at evening around 8pm, I asked about medicine, he replied ‘Center se aa sakte ho to dawa lejaaao'(Come to my EcomExpress center at the place Nighasan and collect medicine) and he forcefully asking (Main is order ka status update kardeta hoon as order delivered(I am going to update your order as Delivered). I shoked, how can he update the status still product is not delivered. Then he hang-up the call, I again called him in the morning, he disconnected my call continuously. Days was passed. At 6th Dec, I called him again because that medicine was not available at my area, it is Indo-Nepal border area, I requesting him please deliver medicine urgently as winter season arrived my mother is in trouble, she need Inheler. He disconnected my call again. After that I requested my neighbors, he agrees to go at the center and finally collec! t the medicine from the EcomExpress center.
So disappointed seriously. Really poor service.

i got a challen PTPCHC############ for my vehicle saying Halting ahead of white line . But evidence attached with the challen. When i asked cop about that he said he doesnot have the evidence and adviced my to claim in court for evidence. Can anyone help to understand its a wrong challan or get the image. I have already paid the fine though.
Today I cot by police hawaldar Mr.Sunil Dhagale at lakdi pul because I entered in no entry zone.I fined 200 RS for these mistake,but that police hawaldar and all his senior abusing me in front of my wife and also ask for my qualification and also say me unpad.He don’t have any sense of how to talk with the citizens.He told me that he completed 25 year of service and u can’t doing anything against me. I think these people don’t have right to do such type of job.

Here always the air-conditioning is very very low, it’s so much suffocating that we just ship what we want and move..
We can’t do any other window shopping because of suffocation and odour.
