*हॉस्पिटल वाल्यांची मुजोरी थांबणार कधी???*

माझ्या घरातील पेशंट शुक्रवार पासून चिंचवड (पुणे) मधील आदित्य बिर्ला हॉस्पिटलमध्ये ऍडमिट आहे. डॉक्टरांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार पेशंट ला शनिवारी सकाळी डिस्चार्ज मिळाला आहे. पण मेडिकल इन्शुरन्स असल्याने इथे रविवारी इन्शुरन्स च्या ‘पेशंट इन्शुरन्स डिपार्टमेंट’ ला सुट्टी असल्याने डिस्चार्ज दिलाच जात नाही. आज (सोमवार) सकाळ पासून डॉक्टर चे रिपोर्ट न आल्याने सकाळी 9 वाजता जो डिस
चार्ज मिळणार होता तो संध्याकाळी 7 वाजेपर्यंत ही मिळालेला नाही. हॉस्पिटल च्या मते कागदोपत्री डिस्चार्ज मिळालेला असल्याने सकाळपासून पेशंट ला खाणं-पिणं, गोळ्या-औषधे असं काहीही दिलं गेलेलं नाहीये. मात्र हॉस्पिटल च्या प्रशासनाच्या मते जोपर्यंत इन्शुरन्स डिपार्टमेंट कडून सर्व कागदपत्रांची पूर्तता होत नाही तोपर्यंत पेशंट ला बाहेर जाऊ दिलं जाणार नाही.
आधीच स्वच्छतेचा अभाव असल्याने पेशंट आणि नातेवाईक सकाळपासून वेटिंग रूम मध्ये बसलेले आहेत. पण अजूनही इथलं कोणीच साधं पेशंट कुठंय याची चौकशी करायला सुद्धा आलेले नाहीत. आजूबाजूच्या पेशंट ची सुद्धा स्वच्छतेची तक्रार आहेच.
पेशंट चे नातेवाईक सुद्धा सकाळपासून या गोंधळामुळे उपाशी आहेत. सगळे अगदी रडकुंडीला आलेत. कुणाला काय मदत मागावी कळत नाही. तिथला काही संवेदनशील स्टाफ सुद्धा आपली असहायता व्यक्त करून तिथल्या प्रशासनाला दोष देतोय.
बिल सुद्धा इतकं भरमसाट वाढवून लावलंय. त्यात ज्या गोष्टींचा काही संबंध ही आला नाही, अशा गोष्टींचे सुद्धा बिल लावण्यात आलंय. आधीच इमर्जन्सी च्या नावाखाली बिल दुप्पट केलं होतं आणि त्यात ही अजून न वापरलेल्या वस्तूंच्या बिलाची भर.
काय करावं सामान्य माणसानं??
का हे हॉस्पिटल फक्त रुग्णांना लुटायला आणि छळायला च बसलेत का?? *प्रेताच्या ही टाळूवरचं लोणी खाणारी लोकं* अशी जी व्याख्या यांच्याबद्दल ऐकली होती ती खरीच आहे का??
याच्याविरुद्ध आवाज उठवायलाच हवा… आमच्यासाठी म्हणून नाही, तर अशा लुटीत फसवल्या जाणाऱ्या त्या प्रत्येक रुग्णासाठी…
मीडियाने याची दखल घ्यावी, संवेदनशील नागरिकांनी याची दखल घ्यावी आणि जबाबदार प्रशासन व कुणी जबाबदार राजकारणी असतील तर त्यांनी सुद्धा याची दखल घ्यावी अशी आमची अपेक्षा व विनंती आहे.
ज्यांचं मोठं operation झालेलं असतं, त्यांना चालता फिरता येत नाही अशा लोकांची सुद्धा खूप गैरसोय आहे.
तिथले टॉयलेट्स सुद्धा काही विना पाण्याचे तर काही अंडर मेंटेनन्स होते. आमच्या पेशंट ने खूप वेळा बोलल्यानंतर त्याला दुसऱ्या ठिकाणच्या टॉयलेट मध्ये जायला सांगितले. आणि त्यांनी केलेल्या तक्रारी नंतर मग त्या पूर्ण वार्ड मधल्या सर्वच पेशंट ला दुसरीकडे हलवले गेले. तोपर्यंत तशीच सर्व गैरसोय चालू होती
हॉस्पिटलमध्ये सुरुवातीला 20 हजार डिपॉझिट भरल्याशिवाय ऍडमिट सुद्धा करून घेतले नाही. आणि डिस्चार्ज च्या वेळी मात्र डिपॉझिट मधील फक्त 7 हजार दिले आणि उरलेले 15 दिवसांनी देऊ म्हटले.
ही हॉस्पिटल ची बनवेगिरी आणि मुजोरी नाही का??

हॉस्पिटलमधल्या अंडर मेंटेनन्स, पाणी नसणारे टॉयलेट, तक्रारीनंतर संपूर्ण खाली केलेला पेशंट वार्ड आणि पेशंट ने स्वतः लिहिलेला फीडबॅक फॉर्म सोबत पाठवत आहे…

I have paid VPC 649Rs amount 7 month before for my videocon d2h to increase 24 months VPC. Till date VPC is not activated. so i had call to the customer care they said we will looking on this issues will update you in 24 hour without taking any complaint they told me we can not take complaint regarding VPC I called daily from last 12 day to customer care still But problem is not slove Every time i need to explain to customer care even though they have history.

Hitachi A/C Hitach Inverter AC Not working

Re: Hitachi Airconditoner INV WAZA RSG317EAEA(I) HSN Code 84151010 with Invoice No. – V240815
The said Airconditoner was purchased in the name of Mr. R.S. Rajeshirke on 12.07.2017 from SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT. LTD (DIGI1) situated at Bonanza Arcade, S.V. Road, Amboli, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400 058 for Rs. 43,000.00 (inclusive of Taxes) was delivered on 13.07.2017.
The said A.C. was installed on 18.07.2017 by Mr. Arvind, who belongs to SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT. LTD
If I am not mistaken new AC’s is always installed within 2/3 days of the delivery by manufacturer.
(I have one such A.C. which has been installed by Hitachi and is in good and running condition at my residence in Thane).
It stopped functioning and was attended by Mr. Arvind on 19.07.2017 who is a person handling cable issues for SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT. LTD
It was again attended by Mr. Arvind on 21.07.2017 and 24.07.2017 without any solution.
Further said A.C. was attended on 26.07.2017 by Mr. Shaikh (code No. 4624), Mr. DAS (code No. 6822) and Mr. Prashant (code No. 3756) from HITACHI but without any solution. Which was done after repeated attempts/complaints made by my brother in law Mr. Sanjay Indulkar.
I would like to mention here that the said A.C. should not have been installed by person belonging to SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT. LTD., Who is a retailer here and not the manufacturer.
The solution given by retailer is replacement of some of the parts which are defective. As per him following parts needs replacement:
1 Condenser
2 Controller
3 Power Cable present but of lacks required standard
After consulting with my own A.C. technician and few others I found out that this are integral and important parts of the A.C. and needs to be New and working when it is being delivered/installed.
I do not and will not agree for this because as per my wisdom replacement of parts is done when the equipment is used over a period and develops the problem. But this equipment did not function for a period of even 10 minutes.
This process which is being suggested by the retailer seems to me like delivering the duplicate piece and then replacing the important parts to make it barely functional which is called as malpractice.
I also strongly doubt authenticity of A.C and retailer also and feel that the A.C. delivered was duplicate.
The actions taken by the retailer for first week and asking the same cable installer to check and recheck the AC are doubtful and it clearly shows that retailer is very well versed this technique and following this malpractice for long time .
I would like to state here that it was a gift from me to my nephew. Seeing gifted article in such a condition is real painful to me.
I hereby request you to look in to the matter ASAP and arrange for FULL refund of money paid for purchase with interest or otherwise we are left with no option but to approach the legal authorities/consumer grievance cell for the action.
I would like you to investigate the activities of retailer SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT. LTD for this as you might get the similar type of complaints/cases on sales done by the same retailer.

Vijay Sales Non Delivery of Fridge to Senior Citizens

This is regarding the non delivery of LG fridge purchased with a full upfront payment from Vijay Sales Santacruz for my senior citizen parents who have been eagerly waiting from last 1 and half month for the same. The fridge was purchased on 25th June 2017 and today is 1st August we still have not got the delivery. Since there was no fridge for my parents use we purchased one for them from Vijay sales who till date are giving us false commitments regarding the delivery and have not delivered it as yet. The food which needs fridge has got spoiled and getting spoiled over and over again as the fridge is still not delivered my senior citizen mother has to climb down 2 floors every night to keep the cooked food in neighbors fridge. this is harassment and would really hope that Vijay sales every staff’s parents go through this harassment that my parents are currently going through . The entire staff is so rude and they dont answer our calls and have been giving false commitm!

But still iam not getting my aadhar, i applied before also but the guy taken my old receipt back for second time updation i.e. on 12/07/2017. i have appliying from 15/01/2017 but its not updating Sir i have to link my AADHAR to my PAN as it mandatory activity of income tax department. The AADHAR & PAN linking is only pending due to AADHAR STATUS .
