Canteen Stores Department Misbehave with an Ex-servicemen (Battle Casualty) b Canteen staff

I am an Ex-Servicemen(Battle Casualty) retired from Army. I would like to complain against the CSD NCO (Grocery Store) of 5685 ASC Bn, Haldwani Cantt. As per my service documents i am declared as Battle casualty and Soldier’s Board has issued me a war disabled Identity Card and at the time of issuing Identity Card to me issuing officer told me that priority will be given to you at CSD canteen as you are war disabled, but when i went to the canteen and showed my I-Card to the soldier who was on entry gate duty he said that he is not aware about the priority to be given to war widows/war disabled. It should be mandatory for the canteen permanent staff to brief about the rules of CSD canteen to every new soldier changing on duty.
Canteen JCO and NCO both were aware about the priority given to war widows/war disabled and canteen JCO was very polite but the canteen NCO was very rude. He said me to wait outside and i waited as he said to me. When i said that i will complaint about your behavior then he let me go inside the canteen. When i came at the billing counter he again misbehaved with me and said that no priority will be given to you. He said me to stand in queue. He said to me that you are looking fit go and stand in queue. I told him that govt has already issued me a war disabled I-card because i have problem in my legs and waist. I told him that my both the legs are operated and i have injury on my waist too but he again talked with me in a very bad manner. Finally he gave me the priority but his behave was very ridiculous.
You are requested to do something regarding the matter. Canteen staff should be well mannered. They should know how to deal the peoples in a polite manner. I am expecting an appropriate strict action against him from your side as soon as possible so that he does not dare to repeat this Inhumane practice with anyone in the future.

Sofa italia Sofa not delivered

Sikanderbhai of sofa italia took my old sofa from house and total advance of 25000 since one year and not returning the sofa. On enquiry it seems he had changed covers and sold to somebody else. Repeated phone calls and what’s app done but no use.
We had gone to furniture exhibition at Bombay exhibition centre goregaon. Anybody else should not fall for these fraudsters.

VU TV Complaint No respond from the staff and worst service

Subject: No respond from the representative from last 3 days.
I have bought the VU LED TV (40 inch) of cost 25000 Rs. on January 26, 2018 from Kohinoor Baner , Pune.
Suddenly on 1st May’18, the TV display has got the big black spot on the left corner and vertical and horizontal line on it. On 2nd May’18 i called the VU customer care and lodge the complaint with the complaint no. VU204684. The customer care representative has said that i will get a call from engineer for visit within 48 Hrs. I got a call from representative on 3rd May’18 and he asked for a photos of the TV on wattaspp and no visit made from VU techincian.. I provided him photos so he said that it is physical damaged and will not get cover under warranty. I said him that it was ideally hanging on the wall and not a single movement of the TV happened and their is no external damage or crack on it. He said that he cant do anything as it is physically damaged only the thing he can do that he can replace the TV and reduce the panel price in it. And i have to pay 14000 Rs. additional for the new TV. Then he said that he will look for the alternate and will give!
a call but not a single one call has made to me and the representative is not responding to my call from last 3 days and today he received and said that he is in marriage and on leave to what he will do. How such casual behaviour a staff could have with the customer.? I use Samsung and Sony TV too but such things not happened with them.
Now i want the replacement of the TV at any cost as their is no physical damage from outside. I want replacement or my whole money back.
I will never recommend the VU tv to the peoples as the service as well as product is worst and pathetic staff.
Dear Consumer forum Team please support me to save my hard core money from Such Cheaters like VU TV.
