I have ordered flawless hair remover.. Order number is 2427.. Product which is delivered is faulty and not at all working.. So I contacted the customer care and informed everything that it’s not a new policy it’s just a continuity but a new policy where my wife was added . But they said it will be counted as a new policy
I said that it’s was your agent mistake
So they informed me that the claim will be proceeded by mailing the details And strict action will be taken against the agent as he is fooling around And spoling the name of the Apollo by delivering wrong information and not doing the things as per the commitment
Please take necessary action and process the claim once again and do the needful as soon as possible . 9

I have already mailed to kotak recovery person about refund of Auto Debit Failure Fee. The bank did not inform me about Auto debit nor I have informed them to make auto debit if I didn’t pay in time. It’s their fault so after refund of Auto Debit Failure Fee amount . I will clear all the balance .. regarding this the the Kotak recovery people harassing me like anything.
