I had a problem with my E 250. Initially there was resistance by dealer to repair or replace parts. Im glad to inform everyone that after a bit of perseverance, the company and the Dealer, Akshaya Motors in Bangalore have done an excellent job. Forgive small stuff. My AC has become a chiller! I love my Mercedes! I should thank both the company representative and my dealer for taking genuine interest in resolving my problem with the car. Some more problems remain, but im sure that with this great attitude, they will resolve all of them.
I HAVE BAUGHT ML 350 THE HIGHEST OF ITS SEGMENT ON 2013. IT WAS A DREAM CAR FOR THE PERSON WHO DROVE SCOOTER IN HIS STRUGGLING DAYS. I BAUGHT A SHIT. BOTH DEALERS HAD LOOTED ME FOR 5 YEARS. THE DAY I BAUGHT MY NIGHTMARE STARTED. ON THE VERYMUCH 2ND MONTH MY CAR TYRE BUSTED & I COMPLAINED & WHAT I GOT (AFTER 10 DAYS WHEN I GET NEW TYRE BY MY SELF) THE TYRE COMPANY SEND THE REPORT AFTER 2-3 MONTH THAT YOUR CAR GET JUMPED IN PATHHOLE…… HAHAHAHHA. SO GUYS DRIVE CAREFULLY. THEN GOT BREAK PAD ISSUE IN 6 MONTHS WHICH IS NOT COVER IN ANY SECURE POLICY WHICH COMPANY PROVIDING. THEN AC ISSUE. I HAVE USED SEVERAL CARS FROM FIAT PADMINI,MARUTI 800, HUNDAI SANTRO, TOYOTA QUALIS, INDICA, CORROLA, HONDA BRIO, HYUNDAI i10, i20, ALTIUS, CRYSTA NONE OF THEM HAD AIR CONDITIONING ISSUE…. NEVER BUT MY DEAR MERCEDES HAVE THAT. & NOW MY CAR LIFTING SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONING…. WHOOPING 4LAC ESTIMATE & NOT INSURER INSURE YOU FOR THAT.
This is a very disreputable event from a prestigious company like MERcEDES BENZ and things like these has happen in past as well. After two months from my car purchase my tyre bursted while driving at the speed of 60, Elite company like yours have been ignoring satisfaction of customers and what happened now was beyond my tolerance level day before yesterday, I had send my. car for servicing at the service outlet in Lucknow and on their way, the assigned driver while driving informs me that my car’s tyre has bursted again and I’m not receiving any claim for that because it had bubbles. since 11 month, car tyre got burst twice and bubbled thrice. after getting information on mercedes benz tyre from their service and sales manger, they told me the car has been imported soo tyre are not manufactured in india as well they are not made for indian roads soo you have to drive it very carefully and slow, i asked them to change all tyres for indian roads, they refused. i f! ought for it and they keep saying, its not in our hand when my 1 tyre got bust.
now when they bust my tyre while taking my car to service to lucknow by pick and drop service from MB they bust my tyre. i calmed and fought with them but they keep on saying we wont be able to change, after knowing that they have done mistake.
this is mercedes benz mean to be, cheating on customer. when they have bust the tyre then they have to change. mistake was done by MERcEDES BENZ

After the service in Trans cars chennai, my e-class encountered hell a lot problems..the advisor is least bothered to even call and check the status after servicing, as the service was shit in madurai TVS, we bought the car to chennai, but here its again terrible. post servicing face abnormal nosie from engine bay, aircon malfunction, engine heating and finally car stranded in NH,500kms down south and has to be towed.
problem yet to be diagnosed and ruthless response from service team, never a merc in life… Maruti & TATA are doing great job,infact BMW has improved vastly
who the hell is monitoring these feedback, atleast have some guts to react and be of some worth for salary u draw…
with all these useless vendors, mercedes will surely lose reputation
Why I will never buy a Mercedes again.
Here is the polite mail I sent to Autohangar after much frustration with the kind of service they provide.
“It has been more than a week that my car is with you. I was told that it will be returned the next day, that is on 14th Feb. I have not received any satisfactory explanation for such substantial delay. Moreover, my calls and messages go unanswered which causing me even more stress.
Even earlier I had requested you to escalate the matter in case you are not able to handle it. The service experience with your workshop had been absolutely pathetic and it is very sad that you have zero regard for your customers.
With this kind of service, I will never buy a Mercedes again.”
my vehicle is under warranty and there was indication "consult work shop before changing the gear"
i send my vehicle last month and still the vehicle is not in a condition to drive . it was told to us that the parts are not available . almost one and half month has gone and since then i am running without vehicle. now i dont want to take the delivery of the vehicle kindly advise us
