Nokia Nokia Charge Point is loose


I bought a Nokia 6.1 Plus mobile on 5th Jan 2019. And since a month on-wards, we are facing the charging port issue which is VERY LOOSE. When we insert the cable and hold tightly, then only it is charging and need to hold till its get charged.

And as i searched in the web, many reported on the same and known issue by the Nokia. And the warranty is also expired and extended warranty of 6 months also ended last week which i got to know through web.

And there is no Nokia Care center is near to my place (Had a chat with Nokia Care and confirmed, it is available almost 200 KM from here).

Please help me out on the replacement of the Charge Port asap as it is giving much trouble to charge.

Nokia Service Issue


I am very disappointed to write complaint against reputed company like you.

I have given my Nokia 5.1 Plus mobile in service center to change charging port & paid advance as well for the same. I have been told that, you will get your device within 4-5 days but still I have not received my device.

This is very poor service from company like Nokia and I am very disappointed about the same.

Considering big competitive market situation, Nokia should sever best to customer as no other mobile company take advance payment for their service and they are adhering to their commitments about the service. Here, Nokia is asking for advance payment as their service centers have no credit to buy the spare parts (as understand from service center) which is very bad impact in market about Nokia.

Please tell me 3 good reasons, why should I buy/refer Nokia brand in Future if there is extremely poor performance in sales after service.

Nokia Nokia 6.1 Plus

I have purchased a Nokia 6.1 Plus on 23.10.2018, I am facing a charging issue now. Due to this I visited to "Rajalakshmi Electro Vision" (an authorized Nokia service center for Ballari City) on 15.04.2019. They said sub-board need to be changed but stock not available. Even though I have warranty service, failed to do service for my mobile. Hence I request to take necessary action.
