I have buy the nokia 3 September 2017 with a good trust because nokia is a good brand but now i have released this is biggest mistake of my life i buy this phone.in this phone daily new problem is raise sometime call problem, hung, charging, memory card problem. related to this problem i have visited in your care center 3 time but they haven’t no solution every time they update the software and give to me but after this again new problem is raised i am manaly upset to buy this phone this is total waste of money its my humble request please give my money or replaced my headset this is my reminder after that am going in consumer court.
As my Nokia 8 device second sim slot and MIC not working submitted in the NOKIA care center located at Telangana Hyderabad Delight Techno Services G4,
Ashoka Bhoopal Chambers , Sp Road , Secunderabad-500003,
Secundrabad, Telangana , INDIA .
and its submitted almost a week and there is no call or intimation on the device status for the complaint logged . if i make a call the numbers mentioned on the Job sheet are not working , finally i made a call by searching the google an alternate no. that is not mentioned officially in any of the address details .
The response they provided after a week is we are checking and they will call and yet no call received and made a call the next day ,
The nxt day response is we are checking we will call .
So this means the device isnt checked till the day i make the call and later on they said we ordered a motherboard and will be replaced in the week and call you .
So team help me with the mailing address of the NOKIA team .i want t raise a complaint against the above mentioned NOKIA CARE CENTER .
