NOKIA SERVICE CENTER Worst Service and bad behaviour with customer

I have Nokia 2.1 purchased on 13th september,2018.It is in waranty and giving issue. The issue is when the mobile is switched on and pluged in charging…. it doesn’t charge and when switched off and pluged in it get started charging. I just take my mobile to Vasai Nokia Service center. They took 4days and told me that some liquid has gone inside the charger pin. I just asked them then "How my mobile is getting charged when switched off?" . They were speechless and the technician started arguing with me and told me that 880 rupees would be charged to make the mobile. when I told him that it is in waranty he just then started arguing with me using bad words. I was thinking Nokia is the best brand but today it just changed my mind. From today i will never suggest anyone to buy Nokia. Please help me!

My Nokia 2.1 mobile purchased on 13th september 2018. It is in waranty and giving issue. While mobile switch on it doesn’t charge but when it is switched off and pluged in the charger it starts charging. Nokia Service center of Vasai told me that it occur because of some liquid spillage but I just asked them then how it gets started charging while switched off? They where speechless they just started arguing with me and just said me that it will cost u 880 rupees. And also the technician just started arguing with me using bad words. Please help me. NOKIA SERVICE CENTER Cheating From Service Centre

I bought​ Nokia130 mobile phone from Amazon store , but my phone is switched off after 11 months but when I go to the Nokia care they say that this mobile is not repair now you have to replace it now but Amazon not accept this phone , so what I do as per guidelines I have 1year Warranty but they not repair my phone do action against them… 8460059997


I have buy the nokia 3 September 2017 with a good trust because nokia is a good brand but now i have released this is biggest mistake of my life i buy this this phone daily new problem is raise sometime call problem, hung, charging, memory card problem. related to this problem i have visited in your care center 3 time but they haven’t no solution every time they update the software and give to me but after this again new problem is raised i am manaly upset to buy this phone this is total waste of money its my humble request please give my money or replaced my headset this is my reminder after that am going in consumer court.


As my Nokia 8 device second sim slot and MIC not working submitted in the NOKIA care center located at Telangana Hyderabad Delight Techno Services G4,
Ashoka Bhoopal Chambers , Sp Road , Secunderabad-500003,
Secundrabad, Telangana , INDIA .

and its submitted almost a week and there is no call or intimation on the device status for the complaint logged . if i make a call the numbers mentioned on the Job sheet are not working , finally i made a call by searching the google an alternate no. that is not mentioned officially in any of the address details .
The response they provided after a week is we are checking and they will call and yet no call received and made a call the next day ,
The nxt day response is we are checking we will call .

So this means the device isnt checked till the day i make the call and later on they said we ordered a motherboard and will be replaced in the week and call you .
So team help me with the mailing address of the NOKIA team .i want t raise a complaint against the above mentioned NOKIA CARE CENTER .
