I have taken MI protection plan from One-assist . My mobile got damaged on 11th June 2017 and i have filed claim on the same day. Today is 14th July 17 i.e after 1 month and 3 days still it is not settled.Initially they told me that it will be settled within 20 days. they had picked up my mobile on 10th July and still i have not got any confirmation.It is getting delayed .I am very upset with this.
I have to visit kolkata on 20th July 2017 and without mobile it is getting very difficult as important data are stored in that only.

Recently, I visited HDFC bank and they offered me a Credit Card. The Bank staff filled my form and told it will be delivered in few days at your address. Before the Credit Card got delivered at my home, I received an email from One Assist that Thank you for buying our product and charged me with Rs 1299/-. I went to Bank and they spoke with Customer Care for One Assist, they asked to wait for 48 hours and I will be receiving a call for Cancellation. I waited but there was no call. I went again to HDFC and again we spoke with One Assist customer care and they asked to wait again for 48 hours, I asked to the agent to pass on the phone to his manager or senior level as he was having no idea of what he is talking about and just speaking his speech. But he denied passing on the phone. Then I received an email from One Assist that I have to pay 1299/- before the due date or interest will be charged. Then I received a message on my phone that an EMI has been implicated on my card! to pay the due amounts.
PLEASE STOP HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS.I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS OF CHAT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND I AM THINKING NOW TO NOVE TO CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THIS. My registered mobile num is 9988690065
This is extreme bullshit. HDFC should not entertain such types of fraud agencies who literally scams the people’s money.
One Assist Program has been activated on my dad’s AXIS bank card without his acceptance just through a phone call. The Debited amount is 1899 and the Registered Mobile Number is 9553005600.
I have called One Assist customer service to cancel and refund the amount . They said that i will be getting a call from One Assist cancellation team within 48 hrs but its been 6 days that I didn’t get any call from the team.
Please cancel this and refund the money ASAP.
I haven’t got any email/Message notification of cancellation from One Assist team yet.

please refund amount which was automatically debited from my credit card as i am not informed about deduction either from you and hdfc bank even till time credit card not recieved relationship no 2420251 first time i heard about one assit then how you people debit charges for one assit even i am not aware about advantages of one assit. please refund my debited amount with in a month otherwise i have to move court for the same with all available proofs i have applied credit card online no where mention to opt for one assit then how one assit services activated also i am going to close my hdfc bank account and also close credit card also close all account of my family members from hdfc

I have just opted for a HDFC credit card and without any activation or opting for the one assist services,a fee of 1299 was deducted from my credit card ending 2555 on 18/7/2017 and received a message Dear Card member, One Assist Membership fee has been debited on your card ending 2555, So I would like to deactivate and refund my money as I am in no need of it. Relationship number i got from message is 2406888.
Kindly deactivate and remove this service and refund my money to my credit card ASAP.

I opted for the one assist membership about a year ago. But i recently opted for cancellation of the service by calling customer care and my request for cancellation was registered.
But the membership is not still cancelled and i have been again charged for the membership fee..
This is a kind of fraud service they are running where the customer opted for cancellation and are still charging them the fee…

Money deducted without my knowledge..
Hello One Assist Team,
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 2499/- from my credit card number ending with 3828 without my concern on date- 30/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don’t want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.2499/-
I got refund amount of Rs.1244.50 but, what about my balance amount.
I need which is the amount debit my credit card account.(Rs.2499)
Mentioned plan was canceled already month of May date on 18th. Do the needful
