Complaint registered two months back, 3 technicians visited, done R&D, the problem yet not solved, they could not identify the problem and solution. They dont have remote in stock, they dont have panel board of the tv in stock
They do not reply many times. They have only one customer care center, call center.
Very poor service, beyond our patience.
Request to replace TV or money without wasting our time.
Hi, I have purchased Onida LED tv 32 model on 05.06-2017 tv not working, Black screen & sound was coming. we have given the compliant immediately.then we have replace panel board in Aug-2018in warranty period but the same problem repeated after one year Please help to replace the tv or return the money from onida…
I have purchased onida AC 1.5 ton 5 star on 17th June 2019 from Flipkart installation itself was done on 21st June 2019. After few days ac stopped working so i have lodged the complaint on 1st july 2019 . After numerous calls technician visited after a week although muzaffarpur is a city then. He has taken a part from my AC and told that this part is not available here so it’ll take time. Meanwhile so many times i hv called customer service but they were not helping we have waited and today on 18th july 2019 when i hv called the onida customer service they are telling your complaint is closed. Means it’s really pathetic. Whole summer has passed like this only then what is the use of purchasing AC.

This complaint is regarding the AC which bought from Onida ,relying on the old reputation of Onida I did a mistake of buying 2 ACs of 1.5 ton at a time but they have taken me for a ride really.Last March both of them were not cooling,I lodged a complaint,the guy first of all comes after a week,then he checks and tells that both of them need to be filled ,it seems the company has outsourced to sterling Aircon Care who looks after the Panasonic also,the guy gives me an offer that whether we want from Onida company or Panasonic person to fill the gas,he sai we will fill for 2300 and Onida will fill for 3000,I said Onida and hearing that he left,then again there was a period no one came ,again I complaint then some one came and filled gas in both of them and took the Paytm of Rs 6300,two days later we realise that one of them is still not cooling ,called up again,in this process it takes 15 days for someone to come and see,then the guy comes and says that the last guy didn’t c!
heck properly and that the cooling coil of AC is bad and went,then after two reminders the guy came after three weeks ,he comes with cooling coil and tries to fit,and after 5 mts we see him taking the photo of the coil and sending it to someone and calling him up and saying that I got a new cooling coil and it’s not working,he packed the AC back and went ,this all happened in April end and till today my AC is just a show piece.Whenever I call them at 7490-955555,they say that they can’t comnect to their senior,then they give a number of the service provider Mr Zahid,his number is 91369 16617,but he never picks up the phone ,left a msg on WhatsApp but he never responds back ,it’s frustrating.I request you to kindly get my AC replaced if it can’t be repaired and want a compensation for all the harassment me and my family has undergone during the peak summer season which touched 45 to 46 degrees this time in delhi,pls sort out my problem,regards
It’s been three months the Ac is not being repaired inspite of giving complaint again and again,they give a contact number of Mr Zahid,he never picks up the phone ,sees the WhatsApp msgs but never responds ,it’s depressing.The whole of peal summer I have lived without Ac ,today also same thing happened,I complained at the helpline number of Onida and they gave me the number of Mr Zahid and he didn’t pick the phone ,sent a msg on WhatsApp ,he saw it but didn’t respond ,I really do not know what to do,pls help
Dear Complaint Board,
We have a semi automatic washing machine from Onida purchased on Aug’18.
The machine has stopped working since the last 1 week since 29th May.
We have put in multiple complaints ( 5 plus times ) and inspite of giving multiple assurances for 48 hour delivery.
After more than 1 week of complaints so far there has been no service representative / engineer sent by Onida to fix the issue urgently.
