He has submitted 88000 RS EMIs within desired period for the possession of plot which he won in draw.All the docs provided here are relevant.He no longer desires of this plot (All details of the plot are written).Please provide the status of his refund of this money.How should we proceed. Awaiting your reply.
I am resident of Sector 21 Panchkula. In front of house number 627 on the other side of the road there is rainwater trap. Behind this trap earth has caved in making a very deep and wide pit due to flow of water from trap during rain. This is adjacent to to a park where children of the area come to play in the evening. The pit is partially covered with tiles on the top but it is hollow underneath which makes it more dangerous as a step on the tile will lead anyone fall in the pit. I request that the trap may be repaired and the pit behind be filled immediately as it is very dangerous for the children and the elderly who visit the park in the evening. Dr DR Saroha

An urgent road repair is required on the B-road outside house No 10, Sector 12A , Panchkula.
Due to heavy movement of vehicles on this road, there is a lot of dust flying around , not healthy for the residents.
Pls fix this road urgently.
,I am the resident of majri panchkula With due respect , I would like to inform you about the congestion which is created by street vendors . this is to inform u about the street hawkers that are selling their foods on the government land .this is illegal and it also causes lot of inconvenience of parking of the vehicles and also there is so many people park their vehicles on the main road this cause lot is issues while crossing the road also as it is main road .boys are standing and starring.These street vendors are also the unauthorized ones.There are also many unauthorized ,and illegal parking of auto rikshaws and cars .So its my genuine request to you to take the strict action against these vendors so they wont dare to put such unauthorized food stalls in future.even shopkeepers are taking money from the street hawkers ,.kindly take action against it
I am Shashank Mishra, Son of Mrs.Poonam Mishra & Mr. Arun Mishra. My mother "Mrs. Poonam Mishra" is the applicant who registered for "TYPE A SECTOR 9 HOUSING BOARD COLONY BAHADURGARH". She is the lucky winner who’s name was in scheme draw. The Application No is Appl.No is 10587 and Prov.Regn.No. is 5302/BAH/T-A/ICICI/GENER.
We submit Flat Amount in 2 phases. In first phase we submit Rs.69000 and in second phase we submit Rs.105000. But yet we didn’t get any information about the Flat No. We also visited Haryana Housing Board, Bahadurgarh, but no satisfactory answer was received from Housing board officers.
Kindly try to understand that the amount,we submit is the hard earned money, Kindly provide the information about my flat including my flat no. and amount need to submit in future.
The builder Mr. Vinod Baghai has deceived number of innocent customers. The customers have paid their hard earned money to him as per the agreed terms of sale and purchase agreement of the flats in ESS Vee Apartments, Sector 20, Panchkula. He has not honored any of his obligation under the contract rather manipulating the records of payment made by the customers. The builder is neither handing over the possession nor reconciling the account. The builder is also not making payment lat possession charges as agreed at the time of booking the flat. Customers have already paid 80 to 90% payment of the booked flats which works out to Rs.60 to Rs.65 lacs.
May I request intervention of the competent authority to help the victims who are passing through the tough time.
My Consumer No. CX 15028653 with Secular Gas Service, Sector 12, Panchkula
I booked cylinder On 20th December vide No. 914929
Cash Receipt No. 3000085391 dated 21st December was issued and I got msg accordingly.
Till 28th December, Cylinder was not delivered. Then I rang up on phone No. 0172-2562206 and inquired about delivery of cylinder and requested that for the last one week I am waiting for the cylinder. Madam attendant was not ready to hear me and was adamant, she told that your cylinder is sent today and droped the phone. I was waiting for whole day, but cylinder never arrived. On the same day during evening hours I received message that booking receipt No. 300008591 dated 21.12.17 is cancelled and advised "delivery may be reattempted shortly".
Cylinder may be late no problem, but the behaviour and dealing of attendant should be soft when someone is sitting on public dealing seat.
I am not going to book the cylinder again and request that delivery be given on my booking No. 914929 at the earliest.

We took a CC Limit from HDFC Bank Industrial Area Ph-I Chandigarh against my plot No 764 Housing Board Colony HIMSHIKHA Housing Board COlony Naggal Soddian Pinjore. Now we paid the whole amount to the HDFC BAnk.
Hence the bank has no objection for vacating the lien marked in your records in favour of HDFC Bank Ltd over this above saod Plot.
So please issue me a no dues Certificate.
