I have booked 5 tickets from Surat to ajmer as shown a luxury bus as I reached to bus there was a very third class cargo bus every side parcel on bus roof 6 feet upside parcel line around 200+ parcel inside bus we can’t keep luggage you have keep your whole luggage in your see as full in each every corner they have adjusted parcel as I talked to office man they talked very rude if you to see or not you can we have received our amount go and fight and complain to paytm Here are bus and ticket booking details–
From the beginning of the trip we had a seats in volvo but we sat in a Tata which had to leave at 5 but left at 8 we didn’t even get our seats. This is not the end then our bus got cancelled telling bus broke down. Then we book for the other day and now paytm comes with something different that’s technical issue our seats have been given to someone else so we sit on the last seat. And the bus provider have sold 8 seats for 2500 rs so now we sit around them. Thank you paytm for the worst ride ever. And aparna Sharma is the person who answered my call she to says that we adjust.
The most horrible service ever a bus can provide. I booked bus online and gave boarding point as majestic, bus never came there. They don’t even bother to call and inform. And I had to take cab from majestic to kalasipalya to board the bus. And the bus started very late.. and again when we reached Coimbatore, they asked us to change bus and made us wait for 2 full hours there.. was supposed to reach thrissur at 8 am but reached at 11
I have booked seat no 17 in kissan travels from ratangarh to jaipur.
When the bus arrived the bus was full and i literally had to rush even for getting a standing position in bus. I want the kissan travels to pay sufficiently for my loss.
The ticket details and description as mentioned in the attached image was not followed while travelling. The bus which i had booked was hi tech suspension AC with 45 seats but it was only 30 seat mini bus also they were not dropping at the exact point as mentioned. they left us 3.5 km back. So i would like to have a complete refund on this as well as a strict action as to be taken against these bus agencies. other it will be a black mark on paytm as well. also i would like to book a case against this in customer court as soon as possible. as it was not only 1 or 2 person problem it was a problem of every one in bus who had came. may be some might have not booked a complaint. i hope i will get a refund as well as the issue been solved as early as possible.
