PAYTM MALL Regarding wrong information in details of seller and cancellation of order on Paytm

Dear Sir,

I ordered a sony 43 inches led tv KLV-43W772E with the order number 3918925070 from brand seller shop, an authorized seller of sony as mentioned on the website of paytm. I have ordered the product as the seller was mention as an authorized seller for sony product. But, When I have checked with sony customer care, they told that the above mentioned seller is not the authorized seller. I mailed them regarding the issue and tried to call cuatomer care several times to Paytm and Paytm Mall regarding cancellation of my order as the product is not dispched yet for delivery. I tried to contact several times but did not get any response.
I request you to help me cancel my order at earliest as they have provided wrong information.

PAYTM MALL I did not getting my money back , after a wrong product received

I had purchased the "corean white cardigan knit pullover long sleeve sweater" on 24 Nov 2017. And i received my product on 12 December 2017, when i open the package, i noticed that they delievered me wrong colour product.
I raise them complaint of return, they send me the "ECOM EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED" courrier facility.
I packed the item and sent back. "ECOM EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED" delivered the product on "16 Dec2017".paytm said that your refund will be initiated by 17 Dec 2017. Today is "21 Dec2017" yet they didnt returned me my money.
From last 1month i feeling helpless due to poor and wrost service of "PAYTM MALL".. PLEASE HELP ME ð
