Planet Honda showroom Rajajinagar, Bangalore No proper guidance to the customer

My. Name is R. Shankar tax practitioner I have purchased honda activa 5G on 15/01/2019 from rajajinagar rajkumar road planet honda, at the time of vehicle delivery I have asked clearly Mr. Harish S. Without registration number can we ride the vehicle he told me u can with purchase bill & insurance is enough to ride and he told registration will take 15 days
I was driving the vehicle as per their instruction, on 28/01/2019 police stopped my vehicle & they have asked where is temporary registration number i told before registration this two documents is enough (bill & insurance) but the 👮not accepted, than i called show room 45 minutes no one picked the calls
On same day after 2 hours I called Mr harish and I told the problem & he gave to one of his receptionist, i have explained the problem, but this lady talking like very badly, she told me u have not weared helmet for this reason the 👮caught u, this word was hurted to me, than I told tell me ur name I will come & talk directly, after I went to show room why u talked like this, this lady laughing and soughting, & she blamed me u only told you have rided vehicle with out helmet, I have been audited so many show rooms, but never seen this type miss behavior with the customer.
THIS IS VERY WORST SHOW ROOM IN THE BANGALORE I will suggest my friends & relatives don’t go to this show room

I had visited planet honda showroom in rajajinagar Dr rajkumar road, customer service is one of the worst I ever come across they make customer wait like dogs this is how they treat customer where as customer is consider as god, no welcome at showroom we need to check with receptionist they will tell to seat on chair executive will come and attend, I think its issue with the showroom manager who is sole responsible for his team behaviour, come one guys we are in 2017 we have lot of competition in sales, I went to another showroom and booked the vehicle, I suggest my friends and relatives not to step in such a showroom where they dont treat customer in good manner.
I am happy with Prime honda for there good customer service

I am PRADEEP S and I had booked Honda grazia 20 days back in Rajajinagar planet Honda but while booking they said like it takes 15 days to get it delivered and I am trying to call to showroom but none of them have bothered to pick the call (no ‭99809 27735‬ and ‭+91 80-41444555‬) to know the booking status. I am unhappy about the behaviour shown while booking as well as now. Worst experience from honda showroom.
