I had placed an order with order number 353 at dugri store, ludhiana on 02March’19 at 20:53:08. The order had not been delivered for 2 hours and on calling none of the representatives received the calls. At 22:30 when the delivery boy came to deliver the order, he was speaking so rude and the manager was also not ready to cooperate with us and deliver us the order and took back the order. Please look into the situation and resolve it ASAP

There was option in the question 11 and question 12 each i.e. novel questions of English sample paper updated by cbse on its official site but the board paper ( March 2,2019) didnt had any option out of the questions of the two novels and they were mandatory. Hence the paper was out of syllabus. We humbly request the authorities to take action on the same.
My 36 shares of RIL have been transferred to iepf. I have requested for release of these shares on 14 aug 2018 vide SRN H00642686. But till today I have not received any communication. I have also sent a reminder mail on 10 Jan 2019 to [email protected], but no reply received so far.
I HAVE PURCHASED INTEX BOOFER SPEAKERS FOR HOME IN SEPTEMBER 2018. BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS THERE IS A PROBLEM IN VOLUME OF SPEAKERS. THE SPEAKERS SOUND COMES VERY LOW AND BLUETOOTH ALSO NOT WORKING.

I CALLED MECHANIC OF THE INTEX COMPANY . HE ORDERED THE PART WHICH IS NOT WORKING AS WELL. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE I HAVE SEEN FIRST TIME FROM INTEX COMPANY. THE PART SEND BY COMPANY IS ALSO NOT WORKING CONDITION. I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE SERVICE OF INTEX COMPANY.

It has almost been two years that I have not received my passport.. At first the police report submitted was not clear and after the second verification was done, all the required documents were provided and I was asked to provide my birth proof, which I did. The letter of my birth proof was sent to the passport office and the designated police station , as requested, which both the parties received. The policeman who did the verification claimed that he submitted a clear report and that now we just have to wait for the head office to submit the report to the passport office. It has been 5 months since police verification and the clearance letter has not been submitted yet to the passport office. When I called the head office they informed that the second police report was never submitted and now I’m being asked to request for another police verification. This is absolute harassment and I feel helpless and hopeless like I would never receive my passport. I do not understa!
nd, if all my papers are in place and there is no problem with the police verification, then why haven’t I been able to get my passport yet.

My name is Sandeep Kumar, I am using Vodafone no.98880-60047 since last 9 years. Now i have updated it from 2G to 4G. But my number is not working from last one week. I spoke to company representatives at Ferozepur City Vodafone care center about my problem. But they are harassing me by calling again and again. They have asked for my proof so many times but my SIM is still not working. I am a Govt. Employer and i am sure you will understand it is not acceptable to be waiting for such a long long time. I would therefore like to request you to look into the matter or else, I will Port all 5 Vodafone numbers that my family is using.
I want to know the charges of multi TV as in January month I was paying Rs 150/ per multi TV and after trai new tariff plans. On 2/2/19 I changed my plan accordingly to my recommended pack of Hindi Lite HD for Rs 215/+ 153 and total is Rs 368/- and mult TV price changes from Rs 150/- to 200/-.
On 26/2/19 I charged my ID with 2200/- and that it was Rs200/- for multi TV but on 27/2/19 suddenly prices changes of multi TV from Rs 200/- to Rs250/- as per your app. I am very disappointed with this. You are requested to change it to Rs 200-or Rs 150 as I have changed my pack from Rs 215 to Rs108 Hindi basic starters. I am very disappointed for this. Kindly give my your entire policy on multiple TV accordingly to TRAI other wise I mail this mail to TRAI for clarification. Pls update me
