Sir, couple of days ago I was booking a ticket on IRCTC, the ticket didn’t get booked but an amount of 1690 RS was deducted. The date of booking was 2 February 2019.

It’s been 4 days and there is no response from your side and I am suffering even after paying 200 for the recharge.
Shame to say that always got worst service from Videocon, if it was TataSky or some other operator they may have resolved the problem just on one call or may be I would have not face this issue!!

This is to brought into your (whoever is the responsible authority) notice that Low Floor buses in Jaipur are not following traffic rules. They never stop at traffic signals, but randomly stops anywhere to catch passengers. This not only creates chaos on the roads but also pose a threat of accident.
There are designated Bus stoppages for these buses, but they are not in use (eg. ‘Agrawal Farm Bus Ternimal in Mansarovar). There are so many other stoppages also.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action !
From last 2 months we are having shot supply of water from jann swasth abhiyantriki Vibhaag uadipu, beacause of illegal use of booster from our neighbour. 3 times complaint is been made in the department but no action is taken.
